Tom Sandoval has further fueled romance rumors with Karlee Hale after he serenaded the influencer with a “fun and flirty” karaoke performance at a busy cocktail bar in California.
In exclusive footage obtained by DailyMail.com, the 40-year-old reality TV star is seen belting out Billy Ocean's 1984 hit Loverboy as he lets loose ahead of the 'intense' new season of Vanderpump Rules.
Dressed in khaki beige pants and a black long-sleeved sweater, Tom shielded part of his face with a white baseball cap as he put on an animated performance for Karlee, who sat in the front row with a drink in hand.
“Tom came into the bar with Karlee and a handful of friends and ordered drinks for everyone,” a source told DailyMail.com. 'They kept looking at each other like that and were both fun and flirty. He made a B-line to the karaoke DJ, put on his song and jumped on stage to sing for her.”

Tom, who fronts a band called Tom Sandoval & The MOST Extras, made no secret of the fact that he sang directly to Karlee.
“I don't know what you got, but it's playing with my emotions, I want you so bad,” he sang. 'Darling, I want to hold you close, I want to whisper sweetly and tenderly in your ear…
“I can't bear the thought of you being with someone else, I need to have your love, I need to have it all to myself.”
Tom clearly put everything into the exaggerated performance and then sang: 'Wanna be your lover, lover, lover boy… I've gone too far, it's hard to stop, baby, you're my dream in motion and I won. do not give up.
“You tease me with your fire, my finger is on the trigger, you are the one I long for, because I have this feeling, a feeling of no one else, I need your tenderness all to myself.”
As he showed off his dance moves on stage and twirled around the microphone stand, Karlee sat to his right, grinning from ear to ear, occasionally sipping her drink.
At one point, the TV host stepped off the stage and leaned over to sing in Karlee's face as she giggled with a friend and swayed to the music.
It looks like the duo really enjoyed an impromptu midweek night out before heading off in a car with their friends.
“Karlee jumped in the passenger seat and some friends jumped in the backseat,” the source revealed. 'Tom kept calm and Karlee looked fantastic. They kept looking at each other and smiling. It was very natural, there was nothing fake about it.”

The images emerged hours before Tom's split from Raquel Leviss was revealed, following their scandalous affair that ended his nine-year relationship with girlfriend and Vanderpump Rules costar Ariana Madix.
Tom and Raquel, 29, caused a row among the show's cast earlier this year when their infidelity was exposed, leaving 38-year-old Ariana heartbroken.
The pair tried to give their romance a chance, but it wasn't to be, and Raquel 'popped out' after deciding she had no future with the musician.
Tom then spent time with Karlee, who has since gone private on her social media accounts. But in June it was reported that the blonde had posted a message on Instagram denying she was in a relationship with him.
The message reportedly read: “Anxiety tip: If you're hanging out [sic] with a famous person be prepared that someone will probably take a photo of you, sell it to the tabloids, [put] your face on fire, tell everyone you're dating, and give you the worst anxiety you've ever experienced.
'Thank you to my [closest] friends because they were there and looking at me now. PS I'm not dating Tom. PSS is looking for better hobbies.'
In addition to spending time with Karlee, Tom has been busy filming season 11 of Vanderpump Rules, which will hit television screens in January 2024.

Speaking about his return, he recently told DailyMail.com: 'This was probably the hardest season I've ever filmed, so it's going to be very interesting. It's certainly a very intense season.'
Tom was the subject of a public backlash after his affair came to light, with people blocking him on Instagram and condemning him for his actions.
When asked how he is doing now, he replied: 'I'm hanging in there. What's that old saying: I guess what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, in a way. But I'm just keeping myself busy, man. Just look optimistically at the future and hope for the best.
'I fought against self-loathing. I also understood that people absolutely did not like me. I knew they would enjoy seeing me get beat up [on Special Forces].'
