Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas have agreed to a custody split and expect their split to be resolved ‘amicably’, court filings have revealed.
The former couple will each have two weeks with their daughters Willa, three, and Delphine, one, until January.
They will also be allowed to travel anywhere in the US and UK, meaning Turner can bring the girls to England, which she claims will be their ‘forever home’.
While Jonas will take the girls on tour with his pop group, The Jonas Brothers, Turner will spend Christmas with them in the UK with her family.
The deal comes after four days of intensive mediation in New York, where the girls are currently staying with Turner, who plays Sanska Stark in the TV show Game of Thrones.

DailyMail.com has obtained court documents that show Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas expect their split to be settled ‘amicably’
The court statement from Turner’s attorney, Stephen Cullen, called the mediation “ongoing and productive” and that the custody split comes “pending an amicable resolution of all issues.”
Cullen appears to have fulfilled his promise to ‘undo the mercury’ made during a court hearing in New York last week.
Jonas filed for divorce in Miami on September 1 with sources close to him claiming that Turner had been out partying too much, leaving her alone to care for their daughters.
Turner, 27, hit back by accusing Jonas, 34, of refusing to hand over the girls’ passports so they could return to England with him.
She cited an international child abduction law as a reason for the children to be with her.
The split has sparked court proceedings in Miami, UK and New York, where the child custody portion is being handled.
The New York court filing says both parties are engaged in mediation in the UK and US.
Under the previous temporary consent order, the girls had to stay in New York.
The second temporary consent order, which both sides asked a judge to approve, says both sides have agreed to have the girls with Turner from Oct. 9 to Oct. 21.
Turner can ‘temporarily travel’ with them anywhere in the US or UK, but must return them to New York on the 21st, where they will be ‘transferred’ to Jonas.
Delivery must be made at a time and place convenient for both parties, the filing states.

Jonas will be with the children until November 2, when he or the nanny will bring them back to New York.
He will be able to travel anywhere in the US, which means the girls will be able to accompany him on his US tour with the Jonas Brothers.
During these dates the band is scheduled to play in Austin, Texas; San Diego, California and Anaheim, California.
On Nov. 2 they’ll be playing in Fresno, California, which might explain why their nanny might fly them back to New York for the delivery.
The document states that Turner will have the children for the next two weeks until November 22 and Jonas will have them for the next two weeks until December 16 under the same conditions.
Turner will spend Christmas with her daughters as she will be with them from December 16 to January 7, at which point she will have to fly them back to New York.

Previous legal filings have detailed how the couple’s three-year marriage quickly fell apart in August after Jonas reportedly saw Turner insulting her on their Ring cam.
He filed for divorce two weeks later claiming their relationship was ‘irretrievably broken’.
But Turner responded with a lawsuit in New York.
In court documents she claimed the couple sold their Miami home in March and that they bought a $9 million home near Oxford in the United Kingdom, which they considered their ‘permanent home’.
Turner went further into the Miami legal filings, where she included a letter Jonas wrote to the property’s seller showing him getting excited about the prospect of living there.
