Newly single Chris Appleton looked somber as he stepped out without a wedding ring on Tuesday for the first time since Lukas Gage’s impending divorce came to light.
The White Lotus star, 28, and Kim Kardashian’s hairstylist, 40, exchanged vows at a surprise wedding in Las Vegas in April, but Appleton filed for divorce on Monday citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Appleton showed off his ring-free hand as he stepped out solo in West Hollywood amid his marital woes, covering his eyes with sunglasses.
The star wore a baseball cap, white T-shirt and leather jacket while walking, paired with khaki green pants.
Appleton was seen on the phone grabbing a coffee before leaving.

The couple’s divorce date is listed as Friday and they entered into a prenup.
A source told TMZ that the split “wasn’t an easy decision for Chris, but he did everything he could to make the marriage work and had to make the best decision for himself going forward.”
DailyMail.com contacted representatives of the couple for comment.
The couple’s wedding was only documented last week on the Hulu series The Kardashians, with Kim, 43, officiating their nuptials.
She also organized for music superstar Shania Twain to serenade the couple.
Shania sang, “Chris, Lukas, looks like you made it, come here, let’s do this.”
Both Chris and Lukas said, “We love you!” when Shania broke into her 1997 classic You’re Still The One.
Lukas and Chris got married in front of just six guests at Little White Chapel after applying for a marriage license in Clark County.

It was the same wedding venue where Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker, Joe Jonas & Sophie Turner, Bruce Willis & Demi Moore, and Frank Sinatra & Mia Farrow previously walked down the aisle.
Two of the other guests were Appleton’s two children – 19-year-old son Billy and 17-year-old daughter Kitty-blu – whom he welcomed with Leicester salon owner Katie Katon before coming out as gay at the age of 26 .

‘Love is something very special and I think it’s very special to meet someone with whom you have a real connection.’
For his part, Gage said he felt “very happy, very lucky and very much in love” when he appeared on the March 27 episode of TODAY.
‘He’s a handsome man. Something about being in London, I tasted the British and couldn’t help it.’
Born Ready: During the wedding episode, Chris asked Lukas if he’s ready for this, and he says, “Born ready,” as Chris says, “I’m only going to do it once.”
