Serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer bragged to his father about his sick trophies during a never-before-heard prison phone call, a new documentary has revealed.

Dahmer murdered seventeen young men and boys in Wisconsin and Ohio between 1978 and 1991, raping and cannibalizing his victims. He was convicted for his crimes in 1992.

In new phone recordings, Dahmer can be heard telling his father, Lionel, about an incident between them that almost “came to blows” at his grandmother’s home in Wisconsin.

‘Do you remember when you went to visit grandma? Remember that little one-foot-square box?’ Dahmer asked his father from prison, in a new tape that aired Monday in FOX Nation’s documentary My son Jeffrey: the Dahmer family ties

“You know what was in it, don’t you?” he said. ‘The mummified head and genitals of the last victim at the West Allis site’.

In new phone recordings, Dahmer can be heard telling his father, Lionel, about an incident between them that nearly “came to blows” at his grandmother’s home in Wisconsin.

The serial killer had been sent to live with his grandmother, Catherine, in 1981 after being discharged from the army for excessive drinking.

He admitted killing three of his victims there after meeting them in nightclubs or the local baths.

Dahmer drugged them and took them to the three-bedroom house before strangling and dismembering them in the basement.

He murdered one of his victims, Steven Tuomi, in a nearby hotel, but kept his mummified remains in his grandmother’s basement.

He lived with his grandmother for nine years, but moved out in 1990 after she asked him to leave because of his heavy drinking and strange behavior.

The documentary, which airs on September 18, reveals new details about the relationship between Dahmer and his father, Lionel.

Lionel, now 87, can be heard in the never-before-heard recording telling his son that he thought he had hidden pornography in his grandmother’s house.

Dahmer starts the conversation by saying, “I wanted to share one thing with you. Do you remember when you went to visit grandma? Remember that small, one-by-one square meter box?

In another recording, Lionel can be heard telling his son that he had “weird thoughts” when he was younger, but that he “never got caught.”

“It was made of wood, but with a metal casing, and you insisted I open it because you thought I had pornography magazines.”

“Yes, that’s right, I did that,” Lionel replies. “I never thought more than that.”

His son continues, “I had an argument with you because I didn’t want to open it. We almost got into a fight, so I went out and came back in two minutes later.

“I apologized and everything, and you were on your way to the basement to pick the locks and open the trunk.”

It is unclear who the mummified remains in the box belonged to, with Dahmer killing Jamie Doxtator, Richard Guerrero and Anthony Sears on the spot.

The correspondence took place between the father and his twisted son during his time in prison, before he was murdered.

Records show Lionel now lives with his second wife, Shari, in Seville, Ohio, about 25 miles west of Akron.

He has been divorced from his son’s mother, Joyce, since 1978 after she had an affair.

Dahmer was found guilty of the murders of (L-R) Curtis Straughter, Steven Mark Hicks, Ricahrd Guerrero, Jeremy Weinberger, Jamie Doxtator, Ricky Beeks, Oliver Lacy, Errol Lindsey, Konerak Sinthasomphone, Ernest Miller, Anthony Hughes, Joseph Bradehoft, Matt Turner , Anthony Sears, David C Thomas and Edward Smith

He wrote the 1994 memoir ‘A Father’s Story’, in which he told his side of his son’s horrific crimes.

The four-part documentary will air exclusive home videos of the Dahmer family and “new insight into one of the world’s most infamous series of crimes.”

Dahmer was arrested in 1991 after Tracy Edwards escaped Dahmer’s clutches and apprehended two police officers.

Milwaukee police found five severed heads in Dahmer’s kitchen, including the head in the refrigerator that a senior police officer was assigned to look at.

They found seven skulls, a container of blood drops, two human hearts, part of an arm, a torso and a bag of human organs and meat in the building.

Gruesomely, they also discovered two skeletons, a pair of severed hands, two severed penises, a mummified scalp, as well as three more torsos dissolving in a 57-gallon vat of acid.

When officers raided Dahmer’s apartment, they also found 74 Polaroid photographs showing the mutilations of each victim.

Knives and saw blades were scattered on the floor, as well as a hypodermic needle and an electric drill that he is believed to have used on his victims.

Dahmer raped, murdered and cannibalized seventeen young men in Wisconsin and Ohio between 1978 and 1991, and was convicted of the crimes in 1992.

Lionel and his son Jeffrey Dahmer. Jeffrey Dahmer was convicted in 1992 and murdered in prison two years later at the age of 34

Dahmer, who was already a convicted sex offender, was sent to prison in 1991 after confessing to killing 17 men and boys between the ages of 14 and 33.

Dahmer was given fifteen consecutive life sentences, but served only two before he was beaten to death by fellow inmate Charles Sarver at the age of 34.

The convicted sex offender targeted victims between the ages of 14 and 33 and admitted desecrating the bodies after killing them.

Dahmer’s twisted crimes and life were serialized last year in the hit Netflix documentary Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.

During the day, Dahmer worked in a chocolate factory, but at night he sought out many of his victims in gay bars.

He invited them to his Milwaukee home so they could drink alcohol and he could take pictures of them naked.

Dahmer then drugged, strangled or stabbed his victims before dismembering them and eating parts of their bodies and storing others in his refrigerator or other parts of his home.

He was caught in July 1991 when his 18th intended victim, 52-year-old Tracy Edwards, escaped after Dahmer handcuffed him and tried to attack him with a knife.

After Edwards brought police to the apartment, Dahmer was arrested and admitted to killing 17 young men; his youngest victim – Konerak Sinthasomphone – was 14 years old and his eldest – Eddie Smith – 36.
