And now Real Housewives of Sydney star Terry Biviano, 48, has revealed why it took so long to complete her dream harborside home.
Speaking exclusively to Ny Breaking Australia during the Melbourne Cup on Tuesday, Biviano said: ‘We’ve had issues with the council and a neighbor… and COVID of course.’
Located in Vaucluse, one of Sydney’s most exclusive postcodes, Biviano began building the sprawling three-storey mansion with her husband, NRL legend Anthony Minichiello, 43, in 2014.
Biviano confirmed reports that the couple had had “a little problem” with a neighbor.

However, the reality star appeared to dismiss the suggestion of any ongoing problems with the build.
‘These are normal things when you build a house. “I think everyone has these issues and obviously COVID hasn’t helped,” she added.
“It’s all a work in progress and at the end of the day it’s just a house.”
Last year Minichiello revealed that the couple had had a falling out with some neighbors after complaints about the loss of harbor views and other issues.

Photos show that the house, with its ultra-modern ‘cube’ design, has skylights in the ceiling of the top floor.
It comes after The Daily Telegraph reported in October that Terry hoped construction would be finished by the time The Real Housewives of Sydney aired on October 10.
The newspaper claims that work on the house could continue until 2024.
The couple spent $3.1 million in 2014 to buy a 1970s house on the property, which they planned to renovate.

At the time, the couple is said to have added a second floor, a roof terrace and a garage extension, which cost an estimated $560,000.
The purchase came after they sold their adjacent Bondi Beach waterfront penthouse for almost $2 million.
The couple married in January 2012 in a lavish ceremony at St Mary’s Cathedral in Sydney.
They welcomed their daughter Azura in December 2013.
