‘Predator mom’ Ashleigh Watts has been branded a serial cheater and a ‘pedophile b***h in a bitter divorce battle with her jilted husband, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
Watts, 38, faces multiple charges of indecency against a minor for allegedly abusing the twin teenage boys who live across the street in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Her 13-year marriage collapsed in February when suspicious husband Andy Watts walked downstairs at 2am and found her topless on the sofa with one of the 15-year-old brothers.
Construction boss Andy, 38, moved out of the $500,000 marital home within days and filed for a protective order banning Watts from their children, ages 11 and 13.
And in a damning divorce filing, revealed today by DailyMail.com, he accused the stay-at-home soccer mom of cheating with another man just days before he caught her with the twin brother.
Watts’ husband caught his cheating wife on the couch with the boy topless when he came home around 2 a.m. in February, according to a criminal complaint. The jilted husband told the officer that the boy was “pretending to be asleep.”

Watts claims in a counterclaim that her estranged husband bullied and verbally abused her, broke her phone and branded her a “psychotic b***h” and a “c*m dumpster fire” in front of their children.
He denies hurling these insults at her, but openly admits in the latest round of tit-for-tat charges that he “called the defendant a pedophile b***h.”
Prior to her arrest, Watts portrayed herself as a wholesome, loving housewife, performing adorable dance routines with her daughter on TikTok and posting cute photos from a family vacation at Disney World.

The mask came off on Feb. 17 — her daughter’s birthday — when Andy found Watts “topless on the couch” with one of her son’s teenage friends, according to a police report.
The twins pretended to be asleep but later admitted to his parents that he smoked marijuana with Watts and had had unprotected sex with her since June last year.
A month later the youngster ran away, but police found him hiding in Watts’ bedroom, wearing only his underwear, and charged her with a string of child abuse.
She is also accused of abusing the boy’s brother, who claims she gave him 22 pairs of skimpy Victoria’s Secret panties before he tried to pull down his jeans.
In his May 23 divorce filing, Andy says he became suspicious of his wife last summer when she started hiding her cell phone and staying out until the early hours.
“While viewing Defendant’s Snapchat profile, Plaintiff became aware that Defendant’s list of ‘best friends’ included two young men who also live in the vicinity of the parties and frequent the parties’ marital home ‘, he says.
“Between June 2022 and February 17, 2023, the plaintiff woke up several times in the middle of the night and saw the defendant entering the home from the garage or backyard. When confronted, the suspect claimed he could not sleep.
“During this time, the defendant began strategically placing pillows between the parties to prevent them from touching each other while sleeping in the marital bed.”
Andy accuses his wife of having sex with one of the underage twins – who is not being named because he is the alleged victim of a sex crime – and ‘BW’, an unknown man.
“The suspect committed adultery at various times during the marriage,” he said.
“For example, Defendant engaged in sexual intercourse with a young man… at various times and places in Virginia, including the marital home in Chesapeake.
“At various times and places in Virginia, Defendant had sexual intercourse with a man whose initials are BW… For example, Defendant had sexual intercourse with BW on or about February 13, 2023.”
Watts responded by denying all allegations of pedophilia and accusing her husband of “belligerent, controlling and possessive behavior.”
She also “asserts the affirmative defense of forgiveness,” claiming she and Andy were on good terms to have sex on Feb. 18 — one day after he allegedly caught her romping with the twin brother and five days into the alleged relationship with BW.
‘Plaintiff drinks excessively, becomes combative and insults her by calling her ‘psychotic b***h’, ‘c*m dumpster, ‘c**t’ and telling her ‘the only thing you’re good for is a piece of ass,” “Watts” counterclaim alleges.
It accuses Andy of throwing drinks and beer bottles at her and getting so drunk that he flipped their golf cart, leaving her with injuries to her head and elbow.
She claims her estranged husband “yelled at the suspect and called her a pedophile b***h in front of the children and told the children he was going to put the suspect in jail.” He then aggressively charged into the driveway toward the suspect, grabbed boxes and kicked them onto the street.
“Plaintiff has relentlessly pursued false accusations against Defendant of adultery and falsely accused Defendant of pedophilia.
“Plaintiff has been so steadfast in his pursuit that he has defamed and slandered Defendant both publicly and in the presence of the children. Plaintiff also encouraged the parties’ neighbors to defame and slander Defendant.”
In his latest filing on July 6, Andy dismisses his wife’s allegations, only admitting that while he called her a “pedophile bitch,” it was not in front of the children.
Watts is currently under house arrest at her father’s home, where DailyMail.com photographed her lounging in the sun and laughing despite the prospect of a 30-year prison sentence.

When the twins’ outraged parents learned of the alleged abuse, they expressed their anger by hanging a huge banner over their porch that read “Pedophiles are not people.”
When asked if his daughter had anything to say, 60-year-old William Deihl first emphasized that she was not there, before adding: “Everything you write is false. You don’t investigate nonsense.’
Watts’ children live with their father in a new home in Virginia Beach, but he has asked a Chesapeake Circuit Court judge to award him the four-bed marital home as well as primary custody of the children.
Watts was initially cited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, but was arrested on August 17 on three counts of indecency with a child and is due back in court in October.
The twins have received counseling as their parents wonder about the long-lasting trauma Watts is alleged to have inflicted on young boys.
In July, the disgusted couple hung a banner reading “Pedophiles are not people” over their porch to shame Watts, who had to pass it every time she left the house.
‘They’re good kids. They were completely manipulated. This whole ordeal is crazy,” their father previously told DailyMail.com.
“You read about these things in the tabloids, but you never think it could happen to your own family.”
