The one-year-old boy who died of a fentanyl overdose at a Bronx daycare has been photographed for the first time.
Nicholas Feliz-Dominici has been identified as the deceased toddler in the gruesome scene that unfolded around 2:40 PM on Friday afternoon.
The police tape had been taken off the street on Saturday and hung from the doorway of the Divino Nino Day Care on Morris Avenue in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx.
