A model and influencer has revealed she spent more than $100,000 on plastic surgery, including the removal of four of her ribs – all to look like a ‘bimbo’.
Sapphire Saint, originally from Idaho, has had six surgeries to enlarge her breasts, going from an A to an H cup.
The busty model – who has also had two of her breast burst surgeries – has also had a nose job, butt implants, a cat-eye lift and so much filler and Botox that she admits she’s lost count.
One of the most stunning changes Sapphire made to her body was her decision to have four of her ribs removed for a permanent corseted look.

“Before my breast augmentations, I was an A cup,” Sapphire remembers. ‘My brothers always teased me that I could wear a bra backwards because I was completely flat.’
Sapphire said her mother was the first person to encourage her to get a boob job because she thought it would bring the two closer together.
“She wanted to have a bonding experience between her and me, so she said, ‘let’s get our boobs done together,'” she explained.
“I’ve always revered her,” the glamor model added.
After moving from Idaho to Los Angles with just a “few dollars” to her name, the blonde bombshell found a job that paid her well and helped her discover herself and her evolving identity and find work as a suit pass.
A spankee is a person who willingly participates or agrees to being spanked – usually for pleasure or erotic activities.
“A woman I met on the street stopped me and offered me a Saturday morning gig,” Sapphire recalls. “I could make $2,000 working just three hours as a spankee.”
Within twelve months, Sapphire had opted for another operation; choosing to double the size of her already enlarged breasts.

Her sugar daddy ex-husband, who wanted to give her a ‘fake look’, initially funded some of her surgeries, but she is proud to say that she now pays for her own surgeries.
“Now I finance my plastic surgeries myself because I earn more,” she joked.
Sapphire met her ex-husband, who was in his late 70s, on a sugar daddy and sugar baby website but admits their relationship wasn’t great.
Comparing him to a Hugh Hefner wannabe, the model’s ex was “extremely wealthy” and financed many of her plastic surgeries throughout their relationship.
The sugar daddy also gave her a monthly allowance of $15,000 to spend on clothes and accessories.
However, Sapphire soon realized that money alone will not make her happy and she decided to end their marriage.
She has found companionship with another man and is happy with him, even though he is married to another woman.
Sapphire now focuses on her work as a self-proclaimed bimbo and adult performer.
