EXCLUSIVE: Men are injecting lip filler into their PENISES to add inches of extra girth

After hearing his wife laugh about his manhood during the breakdown of their marriage, and just as he re-entered the dating scene to meet someone new, Paul suffered a crisis of confidence.

The 39-year-old from Texas had flirted with the idea of ​​penis enlargement surgery but was put off by its irreversible nature. Then he came across “penis filler” procedures, which, like lip filler, promise to be completely reversible because they inject a dissolvable gel.

Fellow Texan Jordan Tunnell, 33, was equally thrilled when he overheard someone talking about the procedure at a friend’s gathering — he’d been insecure about his penis size for years after comparing himself to his peers in high school.

He told DailyMail.com, “Seeing all the other guys in the football locker room and seeing what they were packing versus what I was packing and knowing I wasn’t aligned with the other guys.”

But while dermal filler is widely used in areas of the face, evidence of its use in penile girth augmentation is limited.

Last month, a German man died of sepsis after silicone oil from a penis enlargement jab entered his bloodstream.

It comes amid the growing trend of men undergoing cosmetic surgeries including BBLs, lipo and ab implants.

Dallas-based cosmetic clinic PhalloFILL is one of the companies leading the way when it comes to penile filler treatments.

The procedure uses hyaluronic acid – a substance found naturally in our skin that has been used for years to give women plump lips – to plump up the penis girth.

The filler is FDA-approved for use in the lips but not the penis, but providers use it off-label.

During the 30-minute treatment, patients are numbed with injections of local anesthesia and then dermal filler is injected under the top layer of the skin of the penis. There is usually some bruising and swelling right after the procedure.

The company’s CEO, William Moore, 49, suggests men get an extra 0.5 to 4.5 cm to maintain a ‘natural’ look, which usually takes four sessions to achieve and can take months if not take years to disappear.

Mr. Moore’s patients usually spend between $6,000 and $12,000. The average number of syringes, 20, costs $9,500.

The procedure can also be reversed with a dissolving injection.

But there is limited official research on penile fillers and the associated risks. If the filler is injected into or around an artery, the tissue can die.

And the first week after augmentation injections, there is also the risk of filler migration, where the filler moves away from the original injection site, resulting in an irregular shape or feel.

If the filler is not applied correctly, it can harden and leave permanent deformities, or the injection sites can become infected.

PhalloFILL opened its first clinic in Dallas in 2021 and performed 800 treatments in its first year.

Now with 13 locations in the US, providers have already surpassed more than 900 treatments this year and expect to exceed 2,500 treatments by the end of 2023.

Paul, wanting to give only his first name, came across an anti-aging clinic in Texas in May 2022 that advertised penis fillers. He had to put down a $2,500 deposit for an initial consultation.

He told DailyMail.com, “I didn’t know about the proceedings except what was posted online…but I wanted it so badly.”

‘I shouldn’t have done that [paid the money]but it’s one of those things it’s just an emotional thing for guys where it’s like if you have that glimmer of hope if it costs me $2,500 to get something that could possibly be good I was willing to spend the money to risk.

Paul paid the deposit and went to the clinic. He hoped for a natural strengthening of the perimeter that “no one could ever say was there,” but instead he got a “big, soft, lumpy disaster.”

“It looked like I had a pencil on both ends [of my penis], where they just put in this big, long, straight tube of filler. It was so obvious and unnatural,” he said.

‘It made me very depressed. I was like, what have I done? I screwed up something I shouldn’t have messed with.’

After more google searches he found PhalloFILLwho could correct Paul’s failed penis.

He said, “Immediately my mindset, my mood and my whole attitude changed. It was day and night.’

He added: ‘It’s made a world of difference to my sex life… I now have a girlfriend who is very, very, very happy with it.

“There have been a number of different women I’ve been with and the feedback has all been great. Not solicited feedback, but unsolicited… they have no idea [my penis is enhanced].’

Mr. Tunnell, a structural engineer from Dallas, said: ‘This has bothered me since I was in high school when I was 13 and saw the other guys who were way more gifted than me. It gets into your head at a young age and goes with you into adulthood…

“It’s always something in the back of your mind when you start getting intimate with someone and you start stressing and worrying about it. You hope you can satisfy your partner.’

“I’ve had some encounters where my partner seemed dissatisfied,” he added.

He had tried a penis pump, but it didn’t work.

Making his penis bigger is “something I’ve always wanted to do,” he said. “I really never imagined that this technology would be available in my lifetime.”

Two years ago, he overheard Mr. Moore talking about the procedure at a friend’s house.

“I was bursting with excitement,” he said. He went through the procedure in the fall of 2021.

Mr Tunnell said: ‘I was hoping for a shower – I shrink a lot. The procedure didn’t make me flinch, which is a huge plus for me. My sensitivity actually increased, so that was a huge plus for me as well. My confidence shot through the roof. I have had no problems with romantic partners. They are all very satisfied.’

Mr. Tunnell only told one friend before the procedure, but since getting it done he’s told many more about it and even convinced a few to do it himself.

He is also open about his improved penis with his partners. “They were shocked because they can’t say it,” he said.

Mr. Moore, who has performed more than 2,000 patient procedures, credits the company’s unique injection technique and postoperative care as the reason for their success.

Originally from Alabama, but now living in Dallas, Texas, Mr. Moore has had a penis filler himself.

“I’ve always felt like I wanted a bigger penis,” he said.

Mr Moore has had other surgeries on his penis in the past, including fat grafting and the ligament suspension operation, which he said were ‘fails’.

The reasons for people wanting penis filler vary. Moore said quite a few men get it because their wives have had multiple children, making “sex different for men and women.”

Then there are men who have always thought of themselves as having a small penis.

Moore said, “When you wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, and the first thing you see is a small penis, you’re off to a bad start to your day.”

He added: ‘We’ve had people tell us they’ve been given job promotions. Someone told me he was opening a new business – he told me it was a big dick. He said men with bigger penises have more confidence and get more things done. Now that I have a bigger penis, I’m more productive.”

Mr. Moore has had celebrity clients and once a mother called to inquire about her husband and son.
