Meghan was accompanied by her husband, Prince Harry, 38, who wore a light blue button-up shirt, beige trousers and a pair of brown loafers

The mother-of-two wore her long dark brown locks in a low ponytail that hung down her back – and she had on a coat of nude lip gloss for an extra touch of glamour.

For her jewelry, the Duchess kept it simple, opting to go necklace-less to fully show off her cleavage in the design of the strapless gown.

She wasn’t without a good dose of bling for her birthday night on the town, though, sporting a pair of chunky gold hoop earrings, as well as a stack of bangles on one wrist, including her favorite $6,900 Cartier Love bracelet and what appeared to be her $4,750 Jennifer Meyer Gold Mini Bezel tennis bracelet to be.

The piece de resistance was her beloved $26,000 gold Cartier Tank Française watch – which once belonged to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.

Though she no longer needed them by the time she left the restaurant, Meghan was also wearing dark sunglasses in her hand as she walked out of the eatery and into a waiting car with Harry.

Harry may have wanted to make his wife shine for her birthday, but Harry wore a more demure look with a light blue button-up shirt, beige slacks and a pair of tan loafers.

Like his wife, the Duke of Sussex was carrying sunglasses in his hand as they walked out of the restaurant.

The outing is the first time Harry and Meghan have been seen together in public for months – and came just hours after the pair were seen united in a pre-recorded video as they called young people working to get the improve digital world.

While grappling with their waning popularity and questions about the future projects of ‘Brand Sussex’, the Duke and Duchess surprised the US recipients of the first Responsible Technology Youth Power Fund (RTYPF) Grants with calls congratulating them.

Harry, 38, also named their children Archie, four, and Lilibet, two, saying to a winner during a phone call: ‘Thank you for all you do. Our children are especially grateful.’

Meghan, 41, adding: “They don’t know yet, but they will!”

Harry and Meghan kept a low profile and prior to the video, they were last seen at the Ms Foundation’s Women of Vision Awards in New York on May 16.

The pair’s partnership with Spotify ended in June, raising concerns about the future of their Netflix deal, while Harry’s green travel project Travalyst made a major announcement in May about a major revamp without naming him.

The clip was released by the RTYPF rather than the couple, but features slick footage of them speaking at their $33.5 million Montecito Mansion.

The duke was smartly dressed casually in brown chinos and a white shirt, while his wife wore a camel-colored sleeveless top and matching skirt from the Malibu brand Bleusalt, which she paired with minimalist gold earrings.

This marks the start of a few public appearances where the pair will reportedly attend the Invictus Games in Dusseldorf for events between September 9 and 16. It is not yet known whether they will visit the UK during their stay abroad.
