EXCLUSIVE: Love Triangle host Ella Ding addresses her horrific time on Made in Chelsea and claims she was ‘manipulated’ by co-star Miles Nazaire: ‘Ruined my experience’

Ella Ding has opened up about her short and uncomfortable stint on Made in Chelsea.

The former Married at First Sight star, 29, made her British reality TV debut last year, appearing as the love interest of star Miles Nazer.

The couple connected on Instagram back in May 2022, but divorced in October of that year.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Ella claimed Miles “manipulated” her into appearing on the reality show.

“We met organically and talked for a really long time,” she said of their relationship.

‘(Miles) kind of manipulated me and talked me into coming on the show.’

I told him, “I didn’t want to go on the show, I didn’t need a show, I just want to meet you.” And he said, “It’s just reality. It’s okay.”

But that was a far cry from the reality experience Ella went through during her time at MAFS.

Ella has criticized what goes on behind the scenes for Made in Chelsea, claiming she ‘didn’t know’ how heavily scripted it was.

‘It just wasn’t reality. It’s like a set — action, cut, lines — I’d say something, they’d make me say it again… They’d have someone memorize my lines. It’s like a movie,” she said.

Ella explained that after filming Made in Chelsea, she ‘made a promise’ to herself that she would never do another reality show in order to find love.

“Made In Chelsea cuts pretty deep,” she continued.

“It was actually harder than MAFS, and it was only three weeks. It was the most difficult experience I’ve ever had.’

The podcast host added that the British reality show ‘ruined’ her dating experience, but MAFS was the complete opposite.

“I had such an amazing time (filming MAFS). I had the best time,” she continued, adding that she “adored” Mitch Eynaud, who was her TV husband in the ninth season of the 2022 series.

Ella has previously said that despite their split, she and Miles remain in touch and that there is no “bad blood” between them.

She is now happily in love with her partner Guy Palermo, and the couple will announce their relationship in April.

But pigeons have been known for much longer than that.

Ella explained that they had been friends for years before they met, but she didn’t realize her feelings for Guy until earlier this year.

“I guess I wasn’t quite ready all those years,” she told Daily Mail Australia.

“As soon as I saw him on New Year’s Eve, it was like I saw myself through a completely different lens.”

Ella said that Guy would always try to ‘pursue’ her, but ‘the timing was obviously never right’.

“I had to do everything I did to finally be ready for what he was going to offer me,” she added.

The reality TV star went Instagram official with her new boyfriend in April, posting a photo of them posing up a storm outside a restaurant in Melbourne.

Ella shared a gallery of snaps showing various dishes they ate at the Italian restaurant, with a favorite photo of the couple included at the end.

Ella has since embarked on a new career in reality TV, becoming the narrator for the second season of The Love Triangle of the original series Stan

A source told Daily Mail Australia earlier this year that Ella’s mystery new man likes to keep his personal life under wraps.

“Her boyfriend is very humble, nobody knows who he is.” They have known each other for six years and during that time he pursued her. Love was in front of them all the time,’ they said.

Ella has since taken a new step in her reality TV career, becoming the narrator for the second season of Love Triangle of the original series Stan.

She is ready to ‘bring a fresh perspective’ after her experience starring in the Channel Nine dating series ‘as part of her own quest to find love’.

The first two episodes of “Love Triangle” Season 2 premiered on October 5, followed by an all-new episode every Thursday, only on Apartment.
