So, is it really over?
That’s the question Quinn Gallagher has refused to answer just days after his date. Lauren Boebert publicly claimed she had called off her romance with the Aspen bartender.
When the controversial congresswoman landed in Washington DC on Monday, she told waiting photographers that “all future date nights” with the hunky bartender had been canceled after it emerged the couple had been thrown out of a Denver theater for putting on a raunchy display of themselves.
Security footage of the couple at Beetlejuice in Denver showed Quinn fondling Boebert’s breast as she placed her hand in his lap.
Fellow attendees also complained that the Colorado congresswoman was vaping, singing along and taking pictures with her cell phone.

Earlier this week, the Republican congresswoman publicly addressed the theater fondling incident before revealing her romance with an Aspen bar owner was over after DailyMail.com revealed he was a Democrat who hosted drag shows.
Boebert and Gallagher sparked outrage on September 10 after they were caught on camera fondling each other during a Beetlejuice performance in Denver and were kicked out of the theater.
Boebert suggested she rushed to give Gallagher the boot after learning he was a Democrat whose bar hosted drag show nights that she has described as immoral.
But when DailyMail.com found him in Aspen this week, it appears Gallagher may not have gotten that memo.
Gallagher — co-owner of Hooch Craft Cocktail Bar in Aspen — was spotted for the first time since we revealed he was Boebert’s “mystery man.” He remained tight-lipped and smiled slightly when asked if he and Boebert had really broken up.
When pressed, he replied, “I’m sorry I can’t say anything about that.”
As he walked away, the congressman’s friend hurriedly placed what turned out to be a lengthy phone call.
During the apparently animated conversation that followed, he put his head in his hands and gestured in the air more than once.
Dressed in a plaid shirt and jeans, he would sometimes walk on the sidewalk across from his Aspen bar, while other times he would sit at a nearby park table.
He stayed with his head down and engrossed in his phone, texting long after the call ended.
DailyMail.com has been told that while Boebert did his best to make light of it and their relationship only exploded in public last week, the couple have been quietly dating for several months.
One source told DailyMail.com that Gallagher, 46, is a “cool guy” whose relationship with Boebert had come as a shock, mainly because of his liberal views

Drag queen Kendra Matic, who performed on stage at Gallagher’s bar in January, even confirmed that the two had been seeing each other for a while — something that was known among locals in the area — in an interview with TMZ.
Gallagher is from Boebert’s hometown of Rifle, Colorado, and still has family there.
Boebert’s divorce from Jason, 36, her husband of 18 years and father of her four children, is still ongoing following the couple’s shock split in May
He now lives a short drive from Aspen and a stone’s throw from the congressman’s home in Silt.
He was married to 48-year-old Seattle resident Aleece Alexander in 2006, but the couple, who share a 16-year-old son, separated in 2013 by which time they had returned to Colorado.
One source told DailyMail.com that Gallagher, 46, is a “cool guy” whose relationship with Boebert had come as a shock, especially as the divorced father-of-one has a reputation for being liberal in his views.
The source said: ‘It’s very surprising. I always thought Quinn was a cool guy and a Democrat.
“His parents would be shocked because they are definitely blue.”
Another told DailyMail.com that Boebert was seen at the Gallagher cocktail bar, where drinks included ‘Spread Your Legs’, a tequila-based drink that promises to ‘make your clothes fall off’, ‘Crush on You’ , a wine and rum concoction that urges customers to “keep it down,” and desserts like “Afternoon Delights.”

And while Boebert initially tried to dismiss the date-night embarrassment as simply an example of her “high mood” and “too much fun,” she has found support from an unlikely source: her estranged husband, Jayson, 42.
Jayson, who was married to Boerbert for 18 years, took to Facebook on Monday to ask people to “show grace and mercy to Lauren during this difficult season.”
Boebert filed for divorce from Jayson in May, citing only “irreconcilable differences.”
She said she announced the end of her marriage with a “heavy weight on her heart,” saying, “I am grateful for our years of marriage together and our (four) beautiful children, all of whom deserve privacy and love as we work through this process.’
And she emphasized, “I have always been faithful in my marriage, and I believe strongly in marriage, which makes this announcement much more difficult.”
But in his surprise statement this week, Jayson expressed his desire to take “full responsibility” for his actions and the choices that, he said, “led to the breakdown of our marriage.”

Boebert is an outspoken critic of drag, claiming it insults her Christian beliefs and tweeting statements like: “Take your kids to the CHURCH, not to bars.”
In a surprising statement released earlier this week, Lauren Boebert’s ex-husband jumped to her defense, claiming he is partially responsible for her lewd behavior.
And when Boebert was criticized last Sunday for her behavior — which included throwing the bird at a security guard assigned to escort her and Gallagher out of the theater and threatening to call the mayor — her estranged husband pushed back, saying, “I hate the attacks it’s coming your way.’
It may have been news to the embarrassed Gallagher, who offered a customer a drink on the way out as an apology, but according to Jayson Boebert, “Some of this is my fault.”
As for Boebert, her estranged husband concluded, “She deserves a chance to earn your forgiveness and regain your trust… she will come out stronger as she always does, and so will I.”
Only time will tell if the same can be said about Boebert and Gallagher’s budding romance.
