EXCLUSIVE: Kylie Jenner, 26, nears completion on her THIRD home as construction continues at the billionaire’s Hidden Hills estate which is ‘as complex to build as a hotel’
Construction on Kylie Jenner’s third palatial mansion has made significant progress since she purchased the vacant plot of land for $15 million in 2020, new exclusive photos obtained by DailyMail.com reveal.
The billionaire’s future home, 26, is in the famed enclave of Hidden Hills and has been photographed in various stages of progress since its historic purchase.
There’s still a lot to do before the house is officially a home, but the basic structure of the mansion looks just about complete in these latest photos.
Although still in its infancy, the massive home is already growing into the perfect home for reality royalty.
It is reportedly as complex to build as a hotel and appears to require a team of construction workers to complete the job.

In the photos, numerous trucks were parked along the dirt road, while piles of wooden planks were set up all over the house. A forklift truck was also parked at the bottom of the hill.
The balcony at the front appears to be accessible with a ladder at the moment.
The house will be decked out with numerous windows and skylights appear to be under construction as well.
In terms of landscaping, the property currently appears mostly bare with a small patch of greenery exposed and several trees and shrubs planted around the edges of the backyard.
Kylie made the record $15 million purchase of the five acres of land in Hidden Hills in May 2020.
Following the off-market, all-cash sale of the property two years ago, design plans were approved for a “12-car garage, guest house, barn, guard cabin for a full-time security company, sports court and swimming pool.”
Kylie isn’t the only A-lister to have bought the property – as Miley Cyrus bought it in 2015. The singer’s horses lived there, but she never built a house on it – she eventually sold it three years later.
Over the years, Kylie has owned countless other homes that she has now sold. At just 17 years old, she bought her first home in 2015, a 4,851 square foot home in her native Calabasas. She bought the house for a whopping $2.7 million and sold the house two years later for an eye-watering $3.1 million.

The following year, Kylie’s portfolio continued to grow as she bought a Hidden Hills mansion – complete with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms for $6 million – but she sold the property in 2018 for $6.7 million.
Clearly happy with her location at the time, three months later, Kylie bought a house next door for $4.5 million, which she sold in 2017 for $5.3 million.
In 2018, Kylie bought a $13 million investment home in Beverly Hills with her partner Travis Scott. Kylie and Travis briefly stayed in the house, along with their daughter Stormi, but eventually went public in October 2022 for $13.5 million.
Speaking of home People, a source said, “Kylie and Travis’ Beverly Hills home is spectacular. It is contemporary, but at the same time very warm. The property is also very private.’

Kylie also owns a property in Holmby Hills, which spans 19,000 square feet and features no fewer than four guest houses.
It also has its own guardhouse, a professional kitchen and several in-house bars. The property was originally listed for $45 million, meaning the reality star got a discount when she dropped $36.5 million for the property.
With seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms to choose from, the home has plenty of room for Kylie, daughter Stormi, and son Aire.
The makeup queen has two options for a movie night, as the house has both an outdoor projection screen and a home theater.
Multiple bars and game rooms, as well as a fitness room and an all-star sports area with pickleball and basketball courts provide plenty of ways for both adults and children to pass their time.
