EXCLUSIVE: Kenzie Greaves quit her FIFO career to join OnlyFans after being misled about the money in the mines – and this is why she’ll never go back

Kenzie Greaves left FIFO work this year when she realized she could earn a much higher salary at OnlyFans instead of toiling in the mines of Perth.

The New Zealand-born beauty, 24, who moved to Australia six months ago, also initially made adult content to offset the ‘ridiculous’ cost of living.

But once she was raking in thousands more than she was making in the mines, Kenzie decided to jump ship to the X-rated platform full-time — and she hasn’t looked back.

“The pay for FIFO was so bad, everyone raves about how good it is, but it’s bad, and I was making so much more (on OnlyFans) even when I wasn’t doing it full time,” Kenzie told Daily Mail Australia this week .

She added: “It depends on what role you play and how long you’ve been there, but it’s not as much as people think. It’s very overly glamorous.’

Kenzie revealed that she made “about $1,500 a week” working 90 hours while doing FIFO for a week, one week off.

Now she averages a whopping $15,000 per week from OnlyFans subscriptions and content she films with other male and female creators.

Despite her huge success, Kenzie said she never thought her OnlyFans account would become as big as it was when she first started.

She opened the account while working as a carpenter and later as a personal trainer in New Zealand so she could supplement her low income and make ends meet.

‘Everyone knows the wages and cost of living there are ridiculous. The work I was doing just wasn’t enough, so I started a side job for extra money,” she said.

Six months ago, Kenzie was still filming content for OnlyFans when she moved to Perth to work in the mines.

She said she chose the FIFO industry so she could make money and meet new people while getting used to life in Australia.

However, things quickly took a turn for the worse when she arrived on the scene for the first time and discovered that all her new co-workers and bosses already knew who she was.

“Apparently my name got out there pretty quickly and everyone was searching my Instagram and then obviously there’s the (OnlyFans) link in my bio,” she said.

“So it’s pretty clear… It only took about three days for people to start working on it and showing it around.”

Despite being confronted about her sex work by her male colleagues, Kenzie kept her eye on the prize and pushed through, deciding she would continue working until she could turn OnlyFans into a full-time gig.

‘I’ve worked in male-dominated industries all my life, so to be honest it didn’t really bother me. I just own it,” Kenzie said.

‘If people are going to judge, those are not the people I want to be around.

‘I’m making so much more money with (OnlyFans), so I was just like, “Okay, cool, you guys are the ones paying my bills if you subscribe, so go for it, let’s see.”‘

The former miner said she worked non-stop to earn money while stationed at the FIFO camp in Perth.

When she wasn’t working in the mines, she was responding to her OnlyFans subscribers and posting content for them.

During her weeks off, she collected film content in bulk to post while living in the camp.

She even once filmed the content while wearing her work uniform in the camp and said it was “a big hit.”

“It was quite difficult because I was working 90 hours a week for FIFO,” Kenzie said.

“I would wake up at two in the morning, answer all my DMs before going to the gym before work, and then I would reply on my breaks at work, and at night I would upload new content and replies as well.

‘I did one week on, one week off. My off weeks would be when I would make the videos for when I was away.”

It wasn’t long before Kenzie started bringing in a lot more money than she was making at her day job and decided to quit.

She said her colleagues and bosses all “hated” her for leaving the mines to earn a living as a sex worker, but she revealed they are all now subscribed to her page.

Kenzie said she is much happier working OnlyFans full-time than she ever was in New Zealand or the Perth mines, and plans to continue doing so for at least another decade.

“It’s so much fun and it lets me live the life I want to live. So I don’t see myself doing anything else right now,” she admitted.
