A source told MailOnline: ‘Katie’s surrogate mother feels completely abandoned.

“She has sacrificed a lot of time and energy getting to know Katie and verbally agreeing to carry her baby, which is a huge decision.

As a fan of Katie, this was something she wanted to do until they finally met in person and she was treated horribly.

“The surrogate feels disrespected by Katie, who didn’t make her children feel welcome either, and she certainly wasn’t appreciated given the sacrifice she was willing to make.”

It was reported this week that Katie had hired a fan as her surrogate after promising to have a child with on/off fiancé Carl Woods.

According to a source, the surrogate had previously babysat her children, including Harvey, 21, who she shares with Dwight Yorke, Junior, 18, and Princess, 16, from her marriage to Peter Andre, and Jett, ten, and Bunny, nine. , with her third husband Kieran Hayler.

Katie has documented her journey to surrogacy in several interviews, including on the Sweat, Snot & Tears podcast, where she said that Carl and herself had exhausted all other options to conceive their own child together.

During her speech in November 2021, she said: ‘I am 43 and of course I want more children. If I had a natural birth I would go on and on, but I’ve had four cesarean sections and one natural birth, and it wasn’t by choice.

“I’ve seen a doctor, and I can get another one, but I’m 43 and your eggs are getting lower, but if not, I’ll use a surrogate with Carl’s pieces and mine together of course.

“I’m weak inside right now because my last two were premature, they’ve already said if I’m going to get pregnant or if I’m doing it through IVF which is another option we’re looking at because we’ve been trying for ages and it hasn’t happened , so we went the IVF route, so that even after twelve weeks they had to do the emergency stitches, which I had with Bunny.’
