Kanye West believes his ex-personal trainer Harley Pasternak is following him in Dubai – a year after the rapper leaked alleged text messages from his “creepy” former employee threatening to have him “re-institutionalised”.

In photos and video obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, Pasternak, 49, is seen in the lobby of a hotel on Monday where West is staying with his children — which one source called “extremely suspicious.”

West, 46, was hospitalized in November 2016 after suffering a temporary psychosis at Pasternak’s West Hollywood home — reportedly brought on by sleep deprivation and extreme dehydration following a flurry of Twitter posts containing madness, political and personal tirades against his fans posted and canceled concerts.

West was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but has since claimed in the years since that he was “mentally misdiagnosed” and that Pasternak was to blame – later texts Pasternak allegedly sent him were leaked in the aftermath of the anti-Semitic rants from the 2022 musician.

An insider told DailyMail.com of Pasternak: ‘We are very concerned about what this creepy cop is doing at Ye’s hotel.

In November 2022, West leaked alleged text messages from Pasternak in which his former employee allegedly threatened to have you “re-institutionalized” if he wasn’t allowed to sit down with the musician for a “loving, open conversation” in the wake of the crisis. anti-Semitic rants from musicians.

Pasternak’s alleged text messages read: “First you and I sit down and have a loving and open conversation, but you don’t use swear words, and everything discussed is based on facts, not crazy stuff that stupid friend from you told you, or you saw it in a tweet.

West subsequently said because of the alleged messages that he was “mentally misdiagnosed” when he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2016.

He said: “What should be clear by now is that I was raised to stand up for my truth regardless of the consequences.

“So I’ll say this again. I was mentally misdiagnosed and almost drugged out of my mind to turn me into a manageable, well-behaved celebrity.”

In 2016, West spent nine days in the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Unit at the UCLA Medical Center, recovering from the temporary psychosis.

On his 2018 album, Ye, West appeared to confirm that he had been diagnosed with bipolar after months of speculation.

Shortly afterwards, Kanye stated during a radio interview that he was diagnosed with a “mental illness” at the age of 39, calling it his “superpower.”

However, when speaking to Donald Trump in October 2018, the rapper claimed he had been misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder and was simply sleep deprived.

In 2017, months after West’s hospitalization, Pasternak praised the musician’s health and fitness.

“I’ve been working with Kanye for 13 to 14 years,” says Pasternak, who has also trained Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Hudson, Lady Gaga, Megan Fox and Alicia Keys.

‘He’s a really fit guy. …Kanye is active. He is exercising. He eats well and has a great family,” Pasternak added.

‘But he’s a really creative person. We took these walks and had great conversations about music and architecture.

Late last year, West saw his career implode after a series of anti-Semitic outbursts, including a vow to perform “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE.”

From October to December last year, West, who years ago revealed he had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, spiraled into increasingly bizarre rants.

Earlier this month, West came under fire for rapping about having sex with a “Jewish b****,” a year after Adidas ended its partnership with the rapper over his anti-Semitic outbursts.

Addressing the controversy, West, 46, reportedly raps that he “just fucked a Jewish motherfucker” and apparently wonders how he can be “anti-Semitic” on a song from his new album, which he recorded in Saudi Arabia.

Content creator @mansorash shared a snippet of the song on social media while on vacation in the Saudi desert, near where West stays, and recorded part of what is believed to be the song.

DailyMail.com contacted a representative for West for comment.

In October 2022, shortly after the ‘death con 3’ tweet, West told Piers Morgan that he only intended to target certain specific Jews who had exploited him.

When Morgan argued that West’s comments were “as racist as anything you’ve experienced,” West responded that “that’s why I said it.” I fought fire with fire.’

In an interview with Alex Jones in early December, West praised Hitler for his “redemptive qualities,” claimed that “the Holocaust is not what happened” and proposed the conspiracy theory that black people are the real Jews.

After his sudden fall from grace, West largely withdrew from the public eye for a while and then re-emerged with a new wife named Bianca Censori.

Censori, head of architecture at Yeezy, quickly became known for her striking physical resemblance to Kanye’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

In March, West posted an eyebrow-raising caption on Instagram, claiming that “watching Jonah Hill on 21 Jump Street made me Jewish again.”

He added: ‘No one should turn anger against one or two individuals into hatred towards millions of innocent people.’

The bizarre post concluded: ‘No Christian can be labeled an anti-Semite knowing that Jesus is a Jew. Thank you Jonah Hill, I love you.”

He caused a new storm of controversy this summer when he exposed his backside on a boat in Italy with Censori wedged between his legs.

This week, insiders told DailyMail.com exclusively that Censori traveled without West to her native Australia, where her loved ones staged an “intervention” and urged her to “wake up” to his “controlling ways.”

The rapper’s upcoming album is a collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign, who himself recently returned to the United States from Saudi Arabia.

The album will be the first that West has released since his career went up in flames and his billion-dollar fortune plummeted over his anti-Semitism scandal.

West is a co-parent of four children, North, 10, Saint, seven, Chicago, five, and Psalm, four, with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
