EXCLUSIVE: Ivanka Trump is seen inspecting her new Miami mansion with Jared Kushner after dad Donald shared his historic mugshot
Ivanka and Jared Kushner were spotted in Miami visiting their soon-to-be completed dream home on Indian Creek Island, also known as the “Billionaire Bunker.”
The couple were seen in athletic attire as they oversaw the construction process in the days following former President Donald Trump’s arrest and release of his historic mugshot from Georgia’s Fulton County Jail.
Ivanka, 41, looked sleek in an all-black athleisure outfit, complemented by black and pink and black sneakers, a white baseball cap and reflective sunglasses.
Kushner, 42, wore slim-fitting blue jeans, a white T-shirt and New Balance sneakers, in addition to some shades of black.
The pair smiled and chatted with each other and the locals about arrangements for the outdoor space of the nearly completed mansion.
The photos appear to show a chic, modern style for the home’s extension, and one shot captures two jet skis for which the couple may be trying to make room on the massive property.

The couple, who share three children together, purchased the $24 million mansion in 2021 and have since renovated it, reestablishing their post-White House life in Miami. They currently live in a luxury apartment in nearby Surfside.
Ivanka and Kushner were both senior advisers to the Donald J. Trump administration, but moved to Miami, Florida with their three children after his former president’s election loss and departure from office in January 2021.
Last November, Ivanka said she had no plans to return to the political fray as part of her father’s 2024 bid for the White House.
But last week, Vanity Fair claimed she had changed her mind in light of her father’s rising polls — and hopes to rejoin his administration when he becomes president again next November.
Earlier this week Donald Trump made history after becoming the first former president to pose for a mugshot after his arrest for trying to undo the president Elections 2020 results in Georgia.
The 77-year-old was arrested Thursday on his fourth indictment at Atlanta’s Fulton County Jail — and then shared his mugshot on X, formerly known as Twitter.
He did not have his booking photo taken during his previous arrests in New York City, Miami and Washington, DC
It was the former president’s first tweet since January 2021, when he was banned from Twitter following the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

Donald Trump made history by becoming the first former president to pose for a mugshot after his arrest for trying to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election results
The former president traveled to Georgia from his home in Bedminster, New Jersey, on Thursday afternoon.
Trump’s arrival at the Fulton County Jail on Rice Street in downtown Atlanta was met with cheers from his supporters, and some boos from opponents.
He spent about 20 minutes in the dilapidated prison, where seven people have died incarcerated since the beginning of the year, and was treated much more quickly than other accused criminals.
Trump’s height and weight were recorded, as were his hair and eye color. His fingerprints and booking photo were taken and his bail was paid.
Notably, Trump was 25 pounds lighter than the weight recorded at his last arrest in April.
At 7:55 p.m., he was back in his motorcade heading for the Atlanta airport.
Trump declared on the tarmac that it was “a very sad day for America.”
He said it was “a mockery of justice” and added: “We have done nothing wrong, I have done nothing wrong.”
“This is election interference. That’s why I want to thank you for being here. We have done nothing wrong,” Trump said. “We had every right, every single right, to challenge an election that we believe was unfair.”
He then boarded his plane and flew back to New Jersey.
The former president boarded his plane to leave Atlanta shortly before 8:20 p.m

Nine Trump allies turned themselves in to Georgia jail before Friday’s deadline this week
Prior to his surrender, Trump criticized Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis, calling her a “Radical Left, Lowlife District Attorney.”
His surrender came hours after Willis set a trial date.
She requested that Trump’s trial begin on October 23 — a date widely viewed as impossibly soon.
His former chief of staff Mark Meadows surrendered to police on Thursday.
It comes after a handful of other Trump allies and “co-conspirators” who turned themselves in at Georgia jail this week had their police photos released by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.
They are accused of joining a “conspiracy” led by Trump to illegally change the outcome of the election.
Among them was “America’s mayor,” Rudy Giuliani, who also faced the humiliation of having his mugshot taken on Wednesday after being arrested at the Atlanta jail.
The image shows Giuliani frowning as industrial lighting shines on his forehead and a sheriff’s badge on the wall to his right.
The former Trump attorney faces 13 felony charges, including RICO charges — the same number as Trump.
It was a stunning and symbolic fall from grace for Giuliani, a former prosecutor for the mob boss famously used the RICO—the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act—to take down the Mafia during his time as a Manhattan prosecutor in the 1980s.
Trump denounced Giuliani’s arrest in a Truth Social post following the release of the 79-year-old’s mugshot.
“The greatest mayor in New York City history has just been ARRESTED in Atlanta, Georgia, for fighting for election integrity. THE ELECTION WAS SET UP AND STORED. How sad for our country. MAGA!’ Trump wrote.
