EXCLUSIVE: Hunter Biden withdrew $20,000 from daughter Maisy’s college fund and spent it on hookers and drugs after bankers warned he had just 44 cents left in his account

Hunter Biden withdrew his daughter’s savings to help fund a months-long drug and whore ring – and still hasn’t paid taxes on it, according to documents exclusively unearthed by DailyMail.com.

The First Son’s debauchery came into sharp relief in the papers of an IRS whistleblower investigating him for tax crimes, released by Congress last month.

In late 2018, Hunter found himself in his “penultimate odyssey through full-blown addiction,” according to his memoir, sheltering in motels in Connecticut and blowing thousands on prostitutes and crack cocaine.

His private bankers at Wells Fargo sent him an email on December 17, 2018, warning that he only had 44 cents left in his account, according to records obtained by DailyMail.com from his abandoned laptop.

Hunter responded with a muddled answer, ordering them to transfer $20,000 from his daughter Maisy’s educational savings account.

He told the asset managers to “liquidate what you can” and “Live (love) both of you.”

Maisy, Hunter’s third daughter, was in her senior year of high school when he withdrew the money. She and her sisters, along with Joe Biden and First Lady Jill, had tried to stage an intervention at the president’s home in Delaware a few weeks earlier to get Hunter back into rehab.

Maisy, now 22, was in her senior year of high school at the time. She and her two older sisters, along with Joe Biden and First Lady Jill, had tried to stage an intervention at the president’s home in Delaware a few weeks earlier to get Hunter back into rehab.

He promised to go, but instead smoked crack in a hotel, he admitted in his 2021 memoir, Beautiful Things.

Emails and messages from his laptop show that the money he withdrew from Maisy’s education savings account went partly to pay several suspected prostitutes who visited him in hotels over the next few days, his Porsche 911 car loan, sex webcam subscription fees and other personal expenses.

Hunter’s assistant Katie Dodge emailed him on December 28 of that year complaining that he had a $27,945 tuition payment at the University of Pennsylvania (probably for his eldest daughter, Naomi), a $1,700 payment for his Porsche, $4,244.70 for Maisy’s high school Sidwell Friends, her $3,000 salary and $1,000 for another employee.

Hunter curtly told Dodge that he had to pay for the Porsche and his health insurance, but that she would only get half her salary – and that he would “work out the tuition when the time came.”

He added: “If you haven’t noticed Katie, my business partner is now on death row in China,” referring to Ye Jianming, the chairman of Chinese government-linked oil giant CEFC, who was arrested in Beijing that year on accusation of corruption.

Maisy, like her sisters, Naomi, 29, and Finnegan, 23, eventually attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied fine arts. She graduated in May.

IRS Criminal Investigation agent Joseph Ziegler conducted a tax investigation into the First Son for five years before blowing the whistle on Congress, claiming the investigation was slow and blocked by top government officials.

In an affidavit released last month by the House Ways and Means Committee, Ziegler revealed that Hunter ultimately plundered Maisy’s entire college savings to fund his lavish spending, and that he paid no taxes on it.

Hunter “forgot to report income related to a distribution he received from his children’s 529 (educational savings) plan in 2019, additional income of approximately $39,820,” the IRS agent wrote.

“He also had personal benefits that he claimed as business deductions, totaling approximately $12,791.

“As of today, this alleged additional income of approximately $52,611 has not been reported to the IRS and the alleged additional taxes of approximately $22,860 have not been paid to the IRS,” Ziegler wrote in the affidavit, dated August 2, 2023.

Other scandalous alleged tax crimes by the First Son include deducting thousands of dollars in payments to a convicted prostitute from his tax returns, previously revealed by DailyMail.com.
