EXCLUSIVE: From footy pin-up to pimp: Inside Warwick Capper’s new Melbourne brothel – and why the establishment is a tribute to his childhood and its very unique name

He shocked Australia when he entered the porn industry in the early 2000s, after rising to fame as an AFL star in the ’80s playing for the Sydney Swans and Brisbane Bears.

Now colorful football legend Warwick Capper, who has just turned 60, has revealed his next big career move as a brothel owner.

Capper gave Ny Breaking Australia an exclusive tour of the establishment this week, after purchasing Westminster Secrets in Oakleigh, Melbourne for ‘six figures’ and completely overhauling the interior.

Sitting next to a stripper pole installed in the master suite, the Larrikin explained that he picked up the brothel because of its connection to his youth.

‘I grew up here. House is just a kilometer away. It feels a bit like home,” he says.

‘I was playing football about half a kilometer away. Oakleigh Youth Club. I thought it would be a good fit.”

It turns out his mother still lives nearby, too.

“Mom didn’t mind. She was a little shocked at first, but she didn’t mind,” Capper said.

“I can’t believe it’s only a mile from my old house on Huntingdale Road. And here we are. When this came up we were like, ‘You beautiful.’

Capper further claimed that he got “a good deal” from Westminster Secrets because he is “friends with the mayor,” although it is unclear if that is true.

He wasted no time in changing the seven-year-old establishment as soon as he got his hands on it.

Capper spent “a few hundred thousand” dollars on renovations and has re-tiled and re-painted every inch of the six-bedroom building.

And it seems the Victorian resident wants to make a pretty penny with his cash as he hopes to make ‘another million’ in profit.

‘I was playing football about half a kilometer away. Oakleigh Youth Club. I thought it would be a good fit,” Capper said as he explained why he bought the property

‘Maybe next time you’ll call it Capperfornication: here for your satisfaction. Caps go boom.

‘We’re going to try to put people at ease. Like a sports bar theme. People don’t feel bad being here. It’s a nice atmosphere. Easy parking.

‘You have to tell everyone, but then the secret is out. Warwick Capper is changing the way the comics industry works. And that also applies to the porn and escort industry.’

Women who work at the establishment will charge customers $280 an hour, with Capper getting 50 percent of everything they bring in.

And despite his past sexcapades, Capper insists he won’t “taste” any of the services his employees have to offer.

‘Don’t think that business and pleasure go together so well. It will cause problems, so I won’t do that. “I have a lovely wife myself anyway, so I’ll be fine,” he said.

As for what fiancée Lisa Arocca thinks of her flamboyant partner’s new venture, Capper says she’s on board and even willing to work at the brothel herself.

‘She thinks it’s a good idea. I’m getting old now, so it’s brought us a bit of royalty. And we hope to get one every year,” he explained.

‘We’re going to apply for a license and franchise it. Tasty like McDonald’s.’
