Former child star Angus T. Jones was almost unrecognizable when he showed off his new ‘do during a rare public outing in Los Angeles last week.

The 29-year-old Two and a Half Men alum was spotted sporting a bald head and bushy beard while unloading groceries from his car near his home, exclusive photos from DailyMail.com show.

He was also seen pushing an electric bicycle that appeared to have a flat tire.

Jones, who is best known for his role as little Jake Harper on the CBS sitcom for ten seasons, was dressed casually in a black T-shirt, shorts and sneakers.

The dramatic new look is a serious contrast to his cute, boyish image in the hit television series that ran from 2003 to 2015.

In recent years he has led a secluded life, appearing very rarely in the public eye.

Jones was only nine years old when he landed his role in Two And A Half Men alongside Jon Cryer and Charlie Sheen.

During his ten years on the show, Angus saw Charlie plunge into a drug-induced public flame that eventually saw him fired in 2011 and replaced by Ashton Kutcher.

Around the same time, Angus himself was struggling with demands on his part, which increasingly included storylines involving drugs and sex.

He confessed in 2012 that he was starting to find the job “really tricky,” noting, “I’ve been on set with these people that I’ve been working with since I was eight years old.”
