The family of Bianca Censori, the “wife” of rapper Kanye West, has been torn apart by a bitter property dispute involving her gangster uncle, once dubbed the “Al Capone of Melbourne.”
Daily Mail Australia revealed a few weeks ago that Bianca was the daughter of Melbourne mobster Elia ‘Leo’ Censori, who was given a heavy prison sentence after being convicted in 1982 of possession of prohibited imports (heroin).
Leo is the brother of Eris Censori, a notorious gang killer who was once sentenced to death in Western Australia for murder before the sentence was later commuted to life imprisonment.

West, 46, reportedly had an unofficial wedding ceremony to the 28-year-old Melbourne architect in January – just two months after his divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalized.
Eris – who changed his name to Tony Campana – has been battling his sister Elenia Censori in Victoria’s Supreme Court over ownership of an estate in Brunswick.
In documents filed with the court, Eris’ sister described him as a man not to be trifled with.
“Eris is not someone you can say no to … he can be intimidating,” she told the court.
The court heard that Elenia, Bianca’s aunt, had been close to Eris and stood by him after his release from prison over the murder.
Eris had been released from prison in May 1994 and lived with Leo in Melbourne for six weeks before moving in with his sister at her home in Heidelberg.
Their fallout stems from the 2005 purchase of two vacant blocks in Union Street, Brunswick – just north of Melbourne’s CBD – on which Eris intended to build investment properties.
The court heard there was confusion over his eligibility for planning permission, leading him to transfer ownership to his sister, but only on the condition that a trust be established that would eventually allow him to retain ownership of the properties to be kept in Brunswick.

Aided by Eris’ estranged wife, the court heard Elenia’s claim that no such trust ever existed and insisted that the property had always been hers.
The case went to court after Eris tried to enforce the trust agreement, which he said was destroyed by a fire.
Eris further claimed that his sister owed him $182,097 in rent that she collected on his behalf over the years.
Elena has filed a counterclaim she paid the full purchase price of the property.
“Ms. Censori alleges that in late 2007 she entered into an agreement with Mr. Campana under which Mr. Campana agreed to pay her $8,000 a month in repayment for a loan taken out at 160 Union Street,” the court heard.
“Ms. Censori alleges that Mr. Campana has not made any payment since March 6, 2014 and that he owes her $816,360.56.”
Leo Censori’s ex-wife blew the whistle on his life of crime in Melbourne’s Herald Sun in 1991
Eris indicated that in April 2014 he offered to sell one of the Union Street mansions to his sister for $550,000, but she was only willing to pay $280,000.
He eventually sold the second mansion in 2013 for $675,000.
He was unwilling to sell the other for less than $550,000, which he said was a price that gave Ms. Censori “a significant advantage.”
Judge Michael McDonald told the court he accepted the convicted killer’s sentence evidence, ordering Elenia to transfer ownership of the property — now valued at nearly $1 million — to her brother.
He further ordered Elenia to pay her brother the $182,097 in unpaid rent, plus interest.
Eris was spared the death penalty when it was abolished in Western Australia in 1984.

His eldest brother Edmondo, known as ‘Eddie Capone’, has been convicted of violence, including assault by police, robbery and threats, in Victoria.
Leo also has convictions for possession of a handgun and fully cased ammunition.
Bianca’s father served two years of his five-year sentence on drug charges following an Australian Federal Police raid found heroin in his kitchen.
West and Bianca have turned heads in recent weeks with their outrageous ensembles as they trotted around Italy.
Bianca is accused of walking around the European country ‘virtually naked’, showing off her flesh in extremely revealing outfits.
Daily Mail Australia approached the Censori complex earlier this month for comment about Leo’s criminal past but received no response.
