EXCLUSIVE: Dylan Mulvaney is spotted shoe shopping in Los Angeles in the wake of Bud Light fallout – and saying she has designs on meeting Meghan Markle

Dylan Mulvaney has been spotted shopping for shoes near Beverly Hills in the wake of the fallout from Bud Light, which cost the beer giant $400 million.

The trans influencer was spotted checking out both male and female shoes at Nordstrom at The Grove in Los Angeles, about a week after she said she wanted to meet Meghan Markle.

She wore a strikingly casual cropped baby blue T-shirt with jeans that exposed her midriff as she checked out dainty flats and chunky men’s sneakers at the chic department store.

The 26-year-old TikTok star, who was biologically born male but identifies as female, also stopped by a dry cleaner to pick up an armful of clothes.

Mulvaney wore medium-length bleached blonde hair, baby blue eye shadow, subtle pink lipstick, small silver hoop earrings and a matching chain-link choker.

The influencer also wore white-rimmed sunglasses on her head, a small beige bag on her shoulder and manicured metallic silver nails.

With a determined look on her face, she walked with a spring in her step, her hair bouncing with the movement, her arms swinging wide at her sides.

Her outing comes as Bud Light employees accuse their company’s leadership of “cowardice” over the advertising fiasco, claiming they should have supported Mulvaney — despite sales down 30% since 2022.

Bud Light sales have taken a hit since the Mulvaney partnership earlier this year. The beer has now been surpassed in sales by Modelo, Coors and Yuengling.

Mulvaney partnered with the brand in April for their March Madness NCAA campaign and was sent a personalized can as part of the promotion.

The can was given to Mulvaney in honor of 365 days of being a girl, the phrase she uses to describe her transition from male to female.

But it sparked outrage among drinkers, who accused Bud Light of pushing progressive beliefs on them and their favorite brand.

The setback caused Bud Light’s parent company, Anheuser-Busch, to lose $400 million in sales — even as their overall U.S. sales fell 10.5 percent compared to the previous year.

Mulvaney condemned Bud Light, which she did not mention in any response to the backlash.

“For a company to hire a trans person and then not publicly support them is worse, in my opinion, than not hiring a trans person at all,” she previously told The Cut.

She describes herself as a “sacrificial lamb in the election landscape,” adding that the entire fiasco was a “wake-up call” and that she is now “a more realistic person.”

Mulvaney opened up about her next move and the controversial deal after posting a TikTok saying she was “scared to leave the house.”

She admitted that it took her three months to create her TikTok to address the controversy, with major stars calling out the company and demanding a boycott.

The debate over transgender rights is currently a hot topic in the United States.

Gender critical feminists oppose allowing transgender women into female-only spaces, such as domestic violence shelters.

While Mulvaney has largely avoided these issues, her partnership with Bud Light seemed to act as a lightning rod for people concerned about progressive ideologies, giving them a direct way to hurt a brand that supported them.

There is also widespread opposition to trans women competing against biological women in sports, due to fears that male puberty gives them an unfair advantage.

Bud Light has also been dethroned as the top beverage by Modelo Especial – another Anheuser-Busch brand – with a market value of more than $27 billion.

Anheuser-Busch owns Modelo in countries outside the United States after an antitrust settlement with the Justice Department in 2013 over concerns it would stifle competition.

Now former employees at the company have blasted management for “lying” to staff, not supporting Mulvaney enough and leaving them in the dark as the company suffered setback after setback.

They expressed their wish that management had simply stayed the course, telling the world to “get over it” rather than reeling from the mistake.

Other workers at the beer company described worrying about job security as the company’s stock and profits plummeted – but bosses did little to help.
