EXCLUSIVE: Campaigning Casey DeSantis and son Mason, 5, throw snowballs as they knock on door THREE MILLION for her husband’s campaign in Iowa

Casey DeSantis and son Mason, 5, made and threw snowballs and ran through the snow as they campaigned during a winter storm in Iowa this week while Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was back in Tallahassee.

DeSantis said during a Fox News town hall on Tuesday that he and Casey’s three children, all born and raised in Florida, first saw snow during their campaign about a month ago.

It seems like Mason, the only son and middle child of the first Florida couple, is enjoying it the most.

In photos and videos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, Mason can be seen building, throwing and showing off snowballs while running around in the flurries with his mother.

Casey DeSantis, meanwhile, donned a jacket with “Fight We Must” written on the back as she brought her son to knock on a door marking the campaign’s three millionth visit in Iowa.

While Mason joined Casey, daughters Madison, six, and Mamie, three, kept warm inside. They have often been spotted at other events on the campaign trail in Iowa.

A video shared with DailyMail.com shows Casey speaking with the homeowner and saying Mason was curious if the snow could be used to make snow cones.

The man at the door could be heard singing praises for DeSantis’ work as governor of Florida, including during COVID and in response to disasters hitting his state.

Snow fell across the state all week, causing event cancellations and in some cases no events at all.

The storm hit Des Moines Monday and Tuesday while Gov. DeSantis was back in Florida for his State of the State address and to speak with state leaders about a recent series of tornadoes.

“Regardless of the weather, you have to show up, you have to make your case, you have to go to the door,” Florida’s first lady told KCCI.

Her husband said at a town hall later Tuesday that the -20 degree weather in Iowa on Monday — the day of the caucuses — could result in lower-than-expected turnout.

Governor DeSantis said this could benefit his campaign because his supporters are more determined to show up than Trump’s supporters, who feel victory is locked in for him.

Casey’s star power is undeniable, with many voters citing her as a major boost to her husband’s campaign. The mother of three breast cancer survivor is becoming even more visible during the countdown to the Jan. 15 Iowa caucuses.

In a tweet celebrating the Tuesday afternoon “milestone” of 3 million doors knocked, Casey said the campaign is “doing the work to show voters that Ron will do the job for America as president.”

The mother-son duo traveled to Iowa neighborhoods on the DeSantis campaign bus to knock on doors and urge Republicans in the State of the State address for Florida’s governor.
