Mail Sport announced on Tuesday that Adam Brett, Brighton's head of medical and performance, had left the club after nine years with the Seagulls.
And During has been another member of Roberto De Zerbi's backroom team to take things further.
As with Brett, the reason for During's departure is unconfirmed and is considered a private matter by Brighton.
He has been replaced by the experienced Tim Buck who previously worked for Crawley, has a long-standing association with Brighton for over twenty years and now holds the position of full-time club doctor.

During, who joined Brighton earlier this year, previously worked for London Irish and West Ham and will be replaced by Tim Buck

During, who has an extensive background in the sport, joined Brighton earlier this year, replacing Stephen Lewis, who held the role as cub doctor for almost nine years.
Lewis returned to Fulham and opened the door for While at Brighton.
During had previously worked for rugby club London Irish and West Ham. He was also part of the medical teams in the England youth set-ups with the under-18s, 19s and 21s.
Meanwhile, Charlton last week confirmed the appointment of Dr. Will Abbott as their new director of performance services.
He will join after serving his notice period after more than a decade at Brighton.
