Club Tropicana was traded for the low-key ambiance of a local restaurant as the former Wham! star Andrew Ridgeley went out for dinner with a girlfriend on Sunday night — shortly after his model ex-girlfriend admitted he’s “not a keeper.”
The musician enjoyed a dinner party at George’s exclusive Mayfair venue where he exchanged Careless Whispers with a female companion as they sat across from each other.
Ridgeley, 60, looked smart in a two-piece suit, white shirt and tie knot as the pair shared an animated exchange as they walked in.
The former musician’s friend opted for a leopard-print jacket and slim-fitting trousers and seemed completely engrossed in their conversation as the wait staff poured drinks and took their orders.
Their night out comes after millionaire model Amanda Cronin ended her romance with Ridgeley because he isn’t “relationship material.”

In May, she told the Mail: “I’m thankful for the time we’ve had together — he’s smart, funny, sexy and cool. aDrew is such a phenomenal guy, but I don’t think he’s really relationship material, even though he’s been in a really long relationship.’
Cronin has since spoken at length about her romance with Ridgeley, admitting she’s looking for the kind of romance he couldn’t provide.
“I’m looking for a monogamous relationship,” she told the Daily Mail. “When the next Mr. Right comes along, he will have the same values as me.
‘I’m quite traditional, a sweet country girl. I am also distinctive and want to be around other people who understand what that means.’
In acknowledgment that the split may have been consensual, she added, “I’m intelligent, demanding. Not for everyone.’
Amanda insisted she had no regrets about the year she spent with Ridgeley before confirming their split in May.
‘It’s huge – dating Andrew Ridgeley from Wham! – wow,’ she said. ‘I’m quite proud of it. He’s a good person and it was just great, great fun, and it will be a great chapter in my memoirs.”
Amanda revealed that she loves the recent Wham! documentary on Netflix and adds, “I think it’s very well done,” she tells me. “It was so brave of Andrew to come forward and we talked a lot about the documentary.
