Amanda Holden has sold her London home for £5 million after first putting the stunning property on the market in May 2022.
Amanda – like fellow Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell – has sold her London apartment while on the hunt for her next dream home.
After initially buying the five-bedroom home in Richmond for £3.5million in 2015, the star, 52, has made a £1.5million profit on the property after refurbishing it in her own style. refurbished.

After buying the house, Amanda admitted that she had been “harassing” the former owner for years to sell it to them until she finally gave in.
She described the property as her “forever home,” but put it up for sale seven years after purchasing it in May 2022. It was then withdrawn from the market in August 2022 before being relisted in March 2023.
When she first put her home on the market, a source said, “Amanda loves her childhood home and is very proud of the work she has done on it.
“She really handled the makeover and loved seeing her ideas come to life.
“It will be a sad day when she leaves home, but Amanda can take comfort in the number of memories she made there.”
Speaking about her home to House Beautiful, Amanda revealed it was important that their property didn’t feel like “a show home.”

“Except he didn’t leave a couple of Manolos at the end…but he’s got the rest covered. It’s something I’ve always dreamed of.
“There’s a remote-controlled mirror that goes up and down and lights up — it’s amazing.”
