EXCLUSIVE: ‘We’ve only spent six days apart’: Love Island’s Ron Hall says he’s ‘struggling to be separated’ from Lana Jenkins, but reveals the couple won’t be moving in together
Ron Hall admitted he’s “struggling to be separated” from girlfriend Lana Jenkins, but the couple aren’t moving in together just yet.
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, the 25-year-old Love Island finalist, who lives in Essex, discussed his future plans with Lana from Manchester, having previously clarified that he will not be moving north.
He admitted that despite having been “only six days apart” since leaving the South African villa, he intends to “buy his own house” before they commit to moving in together.
Ron confessed, “I’m having a hard time being separated from her. We’ve only spent six days parting since we came out.
“Our ultimate goal is to start living together, but at the moment we want to be able to buy our own houses and then eventually start living together.”

During the Love Island finale, viewers feared for Ron and Lana as he commented on their future.
Before being crowned runner-up, the financial adviser told presenter Maya Jama that he was looking forward to “missing” his girlfriend when they return home.
While insisting they would have their own bases in different parts of the country, Ron justified the decision to the dismay of some fans.
They wrote, “Ron makes it very clear that he can’t wait to escape from Lana. Do you want to miss her? What does that even mean? #loveisland.’
Ron doesn’t like Lana, man just said “I want to miss her, we’ll have our own bases” aka I want to go out and have fun! #loveisland.’
‘Ooh! I don’t like that Ron said I want to miss her for a while. In other words, he’s looking away from Lana for a while #LoveIsland.”
Elsewhere, Ron added, “I haven’t seen the series again. I haven’t had time and it’s just cringe. The worst thing about the villa was the movie night to see myself on screen.’
Speaking about his life since leaving the villa, he added: ‘Luca Bish contacted me after he came out and we played golf which was great fun and it was nice to spend time with someone who experienced it too.’

‘I see Sanam and Kai often, they are great. I’m going to football at United with Kai soon!’
Sanam Harrinanan and Kai Fagan were crowned winners of the Winter Love Island 2023 last month, beating Ron and Lana for the £50,000 cash prize.
After eight weeks of drama, viewers chose the social worker and PE teacher, who fell for each other at Casa Amor, as their champions.
The couple, both 24, were speechless when presenter Maya announced the results during the live final in South Africa.
