Example has shown that he is on good terms with his ex-wife Erin McNaught as they posed together for a selfie with his new girlfriend Daisy Cox.
The 40-year-old singer, whose real name is Elliot Gleave, announced that he had found love with the art consultant, just five months after announcing his split from model Erin, 40.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the pop star revealed that London native Daisy has been living with him in Australia as he shares a beaming photo with the girls who look alike.
Sharing a photo of his kids at home, he wrote: “My kids, myself and my new girlfriend are obsessed with FIFA.”
Then, posting a smitten snapshot of Daisy, he added: “Speaking of the new girlfriend…more on her another time…”

She wrote alongside the group photo with Daisy and Erin: “In case anyone wondering how Erin and I are doing… We’re still BFFs.”
‘This is us on the weekend with my partner. We all focus on being positive, respectful adults and making sure the kids are happy. That’s all that matters.’
She later turned to her Story to make sure fans knew that Daisy and Erin hadn’t previously been friends.

Example also revealed that he will be flying to the UK this summer for a series of festival shows and is also planning a tour here for 2024.
In October 2022, Example wrote that their romance came to a “natural end” after 11 years together and said that he and Erin, also 40, will continue to happily raise their sons Evander, seven, and Ennio, 7. five.
In a joint Instagram statement, the couple explained: ‘At the start of the summer in the UK we decided to separate. We’ve had an amazing 11 years together, but too many adventures.
“Obviously, we spent a lot of time behind the scenes trying to figure things out, but we realized that maybe our time as a couple had just come to a natural end.

“We have been happily and effectively co-parenting for almost half a year and our children are surrounded by love.”
Continuing his statement, he wrote: “Due to Elliot’s busy summer schedule of 14 weeks in Europe, Erin and the boys flew to London for 4 weeks so Elliot wouldn’t have to go months without seeing Evander and Ennio.”
“We had an amazing family vacation and look forward to more in the future. We have had incredible support from our closest friends and family, who are proud of how they are handling this separation.
We have disabled comments to protect ourselves, our children and our closest friends and family. Don’t feel the need to text or PM us, whoever you are.
“We would appreciate the space right now and don’t want to be distracted by conversations over texts, social media or FaceTime when we need to spend so much time on our own well-being and, more importantly, our children’s.

“Even though we spend a lot of time apart, we still enjoy time together climbing, jogging, watching the movies, chasing the kids around the park, or having coffee. Expect to see us often together with our children.

The couple got engaged in 2012. They married in 2013.
In 2020, Example credited Erin for ‘saving his life’ after taking life to the extreme with drink and drugs.
He said: ‘Erin saved me from an untimely death. I was partying too much in the past.
The musician penned a song about his wife for his 2020 comeback album Some Nights Last For Days, detailing the emotional moment he performed Erin’s song in a 2020 interview with The Sun.
“I went to the studio with Johnny McDaid, who is a good friend of mine and is in Snow Patrol. Then I got home and played it to Erin and her parents, who were visiting. We hugged each other and cried because it was so personal.
‘This is as friendly as it sounds’: The musician shared this lengthy post while talking about how much love he and Erin still have for each other.
In the song Eye To Eye he calls Erin his ‘savior’.
He explained about his dangerous lifestyle before he met his wife: ‘You’re burning the candle at both ends, doing 120 festivals a year, 100 flights a year and partying four or five nights a week.
‘I was lying to my ex and cheating on her. She wasn’t close to my mom or dad or sister anymore, so Erin’s coming into my life helped me mend all those things.’
Last year, the star shared an emotional tribute to his wife on their 10th anniversary.
“Shout out to my life partner for having my kids, having me, having the most twisted sense of humor, aging backwards, and teaching me something new every day,” she wrote on Instagram.
