Ex-WAG Kyly Clarke is forced to lower the price as she struggles to find tenants for her newly renovated rental home in Wollongong

Kyly Clarke is struggling to find tenants for her newly renovated investment property in Wollongong, New South Wales.

The glamorous ex-WAG, 41, spent $150,000 renovating the 1950s-built Lake Heights property to give it a third bedroom and an overall stylish makeover.

However, the expensive renovation raised the asking price, and by April Kyly had put it up for rent at $650 a week.

Unfortunately, the brunette beauty couldn’t find a renter for that price, so she lowered it first to $630 and then to $610 a week.

And now The Daily Telegraph reports that Kyly has listed the stylish property for $565 per week.

It is one of three houses that the model has in its real estate portfolio.

Last year she bought an investment property in Muswellbrook in the Upper Hunter region of NSW.

The ex-WAG bought the suburban home for about $685,000 according to The Daily Telegraph.

Elsewhere in the report, it says the house was built for $408,000 in 2010, while the land sold for $110,000.

Kyly, who is an interior designer, will no doubt update the property.

Kyle and her former cricketer Michael Clarke announced their separation in February 2021, after seven years together, but it is believed they split quietly five months earlier.

They share custody of their daughter, Kelsey Lee, and the split is considered amicable.
