Ex Real Housewives star looks unrecognizable in pre-plastic surgery throwback photos

A former cast member of Real Housewives of Atlanta looked almost unrecognizable in throwback photos she shared on Thursday in honor of her daughter’s birthday.

Kim Zolciak took to Instagram to celebrate Ariana Biermann’s 23rd birthday with a heartwarming photo carousel, showcasing her beautiful family through the years.

The 46-year-old reality star, who has been candid about her cosmetic enhancements – including breast implants, tummy tucks and fillers – looked as radiant in the throwback photos as she does now as she posed next to a toddler-aged Ariana.

In a more recent photo, Kim shows off her fit figure in a skimpy bikini as she holds the hand of a mature, bikini-clad Ariana as they both soak up the sun on a beautiful beach.

“I couldn’t be more proud of the woman you have become,” Kim captioned the photos. “Ariana, your strength, your tenacity, your wisdom, your faith in God, your zest for life, your passion, your loving ways…all of this and so much more truly amazes me every day.”

She kept saying, “I’m so proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished so far. I always knew you would go far in life (BUT WHY NYC) lol. I also knew that you would achieve whatever you set your mind to.

“It was really hard to let you go, but SO INCREDIBLE to see you rise. I love you to the moon and back, a million times over. If you ever want to live there again, the door is always open, cheers to a million more birthdays.”

In March, Kim uploaded a video showing herself getting fillers and Botox at a medical spa in Atlanta.

“Today we addressed some serious tension in my shoulders, treated some of my wrinkles and refreshed my lips,” she said in the recording, which showed her looking relaxed as she underwent her procedure.

She then expressed gratitude to her aesthetic injector, Helen Zhang, at Charette Cosmetics, for making her “feel better than ever.”

In 2015 she posted a bikini photo, she praised her recent breast surgery and wrote‘I’m so grateful for my tatas that @drhochstein did!!! I breastfed all 6 of my babies and he turned them back into my 16 year old tatas, if not better!! They don’t call @drhochstein the ‘boob God’ for nothing.”

The birthday tribute comes after Kim filed a motion They accuse Kroy Biermann of spying on her in their home, as their increasingly messy divorce takes another dramatic turn.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 46, who has been the subject of recent dating rumors with Chet Hanks, filed a motion on Oct. 9 claiming Biermann violated her privacy, according to TMZ on Thursday.

She is now asking the court to intervene and help retrieve her personal belongings.

Although the motion is sealed, the outlet’s sources report that Kim claims Kroy has been tracking her movements around the house.

In a bizarre incident, she claims she found him unconscious in her closet after trying to spy on her.

A judge previously ruled that Kim would have to stay in the basement/nanny room of the couple’s Georgia home, while the former NFL star would stay upstairs in the master bedroom.

But now Kim is cheating, claiming Kroy snuck into her private space while she was away and even removed the security cameras she set up to keep him at bay, the insider said.

Zolciak’s latest motion isn’t about kicking Kroy out of their shared home; instead, she wants to get back her personal belongings, which she believes he has taken hostage.

Additionally, she wants the court to stop him from stealing any more of her things, including some personal notes that she thinks he may have already seen.

This drama is not new either. Zolciak has previously made similar accusations against her estranged husband, claiming in January and May that he took her phone and other personal items. T

Tension between these two has been simmering for months, with Zolciak even calling the police in May after claiming Kroy took her phone and locked herself in the bedroom.

At the July premiere of Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets, Kim broke down in tears while discussing the divorce.

She burst into tears during a ‘scream therapy’ session on the MTV reality show.

“As I breathe, I just cry and cry and cry, and I need this, I really do,” the star said in a confessional.

She then admitted to her castmates — Chet, Macy Gray, Tyler Posey, Ally Brooke, Johnny Weir, OT Genasis and Josie Canseco — that she’s a “f***ing basket case” because of her lack of support at home.

‘I protect everyone else and I don’t feel like anyone is really protecting me, from my parents to my husband,” Kim explained.

The Tardy to the Party vet shares Brielle, 27, Ariana, 22, KJ, 13, Kash, 11, and 10-year-old twins Kaia and Kane with Kroy.

Meanwhile, amid their tumultuous divorce and financial troubles, Kim and Kroy will face each other in a divorce trial later this November.

Legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that their divorce trial will take place on November 5 and 6 at the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta.

However, Zolciak and Biermann have the opportunity to resolve their issues through mediation in the meantime.

If they cannot reach an agreement by September 25, the estranged couple will appear in court in November, the newspaper said.

Just over a year earlier, in May 2023, The Real Housewives Of Atlanta alum officially filed for divorce from Kroy after the two tied the knot in 2011.

The news of Kim and Kroy’s divorce came as a shock, made worse by their financial troubles, including a reported $1.1 million in unpaid taxes to the IRS.

In July 2023, Kim briefly ended the divorce as they tried to repair their relationship.

However, Kroy filed for divorce again in August, claiming the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”

It was recently reported that Kim is being considered for a new reality TV show, which could earn her a $1 million payout.

She could appear in a Hulu series called Got To Get Out, alongside fellow RHOA star Cynthia Bailey.

The show features both celebrities and non-celebrities competing for a cash prize of $1 million.
