Ex-NY Governor Andrew Cuomo’s daughter Mariah ties the knot with longtime boyfriend Tellef Lundevall in a Vera Wang dress – as proud dad walks her down the aisle

Mariah Kennedy Cuomo, 29, got married last weekend with her 66-year-old father, disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, walking her down the aisle.

Mariah married her boyfriend Tellef Lundevall, whom she first met in 2012, in a stunning strapless lace Vera Wang gown with an elaborate veil.

Fashion described the wedding and their long-lasting relationship, as they first met when she was a prospective student attending Brown University.

Mariah, who serves as CEO of social media consultancy Socrates Social, which she also founded, shared snaps from the big day on Instagram.

Her family and friends posted photos of her walking down the aisle, donning a fun and flirty Oscar de la Renta party dress.

Mariah’s father was the former Democratic governor of New York and also served as the state’s attorney general from 2007 to 2010.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, he has been known for his press conferences, frequently mentioning his family and his daughter Mariah’s boyfriend and now husband.

However, the former leader has fallen from grace after it emerged he “repeatedly” placed at least 13 women in a sexually hostile work environment, a Justice Department investigation found.

Cuomo has repeatedly denied the allegations and in a statement to DailyMail.com, a spokesperson for the former governor said: “That was a political document that was discredited immediately after it was issued and has been a source of embarrassment to anyone who cares about honest and functioning government.

“It was a finding made without any investigation, without interviews with the governor, his senior staff or even his prosecutors and without any facts.

“Five prosecutors have looked at these allegations and thrown them in the trash where they belong. To this day, the Justice Department has not shown any homework or answered a single question about this sham deal.”

The former politician was married to Kerry Kennedy from 1990 to 2005 and they have three daughters.

Kerry shared videos from the event, including the bride and groom doing the hora, the Israeli dance where people form a circle around the bride and groom and lift them up in chairs.

The couple were married under a chuppah, or elaborate canopy, covered in white roses and branches from Norway, where Tellef’s family is from.

Tellef, 29, CEO and founder of Accelerated Digital Media, proposed during Thanksgiving 2023, when the family was visiting Sicily.

Tellef gave his bride a ring that resembled the ring of her grandmother Ethel, Robert Kennedy’s widow.

The couple then decided to get married in Hyannis Port, on the Kennedy grounds, which President John F. Kennedy used as his presidential base.
