Former NRL star Beau Ryan celebrated a decade of friendship with fellow player Quade Cooper on Wednesday by spending a fun day in his Queensland hometown.
The Amazing Race host, 37, shared a gallery of sweet snaps on Instagram showing the besties living life to the fullest on sunny Tallebudgera beach.
One snap captures the topless mates flexing their washboard abs and bulging biceps on camera as they both grin from ear to ear.

Beau wrote some moving words next to the gallery: ’10 years of friendship. I loved having my brother @quadecooper take me around his hometown.’
It didn’t take long for many of Beau’s 379,000 followers to praise his jaw-dropping physique.

Last year, Beau revealed that a celebrity version of The Amazing Race Australia could be on the way.
He made the surprising announcement during Nova’s 96.9 breakfast show in August.

The former NRL star told hosts Ryan ‘Fitzy’ Fitzgerald and Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli that he was “pushing hard” for a future season to undergo a shake-up.
“What I love about the show is that anyone can win, just an average person,” Beau told listeners.
He then added that he would like to see a season with “half celebrities and half audiences.”
