Ex-NFL coach Rex Ryan ripped apart by fans after exposing ‘foot fetish’ lock screen on ESPN
Former NFL coach and ESPN analyst Rex Ryan set the internet on fire on Sunday after accidentally showing his bizarre lock screen live on air.
During ESPN’s Sunday NFL Countdown, Ryan was showing a photo of his wife Michelle on the front of his cell phone when fans noticed something unusual about the photo.
Instead of opting for a normal shot of Michelle smiling or posing for a camera, the ex-New York Jets and Buffalo Bills head coach appears to have a photo of his old partner looking at her phone.
Even more bizarre is that the photo was taken from an angle that takes a close-up of the bottoms of her feet.
Ryan, who has previously spoken openly about his foot fetish, was infamously caught filming and talking about Michelle’s feet in a 2010 video that went viral during his tenure as Jets coach.
And fans have brutally mocked the 62-year-old after his love of feet was once again revealed live on ESPN.

One user asked on X, “What’s going on with that foot fetish?”
“Rex Ryan is FREAKY,” said another.
A third asked in disbelief: “Is this real?”
“Yes… this is interesting,” wrote a fourth.
While someone simply said: ‘He’s got something…’
Two months ago, Ryan discussed his foot fetish during an appearance on The Pivot Podcast.
“I love my wife’s feet,” he said. “I don’t know what it is, but if a girl’s feet are lifted, I’m out. I don’t care how beautiful. I’m gone.
‘I don’t know what it is. But it’s like some people are boob guys, leg guys, you know what. Of course I see a beautiful, beautiful face, but don’t worry, I’ll check the feet.’
