Hight woke up Tuesday morning with no appetite, then fell back asleep and passed away around 9am.

Medics believe her probable cause of death was a blood clot that arose from the original injury, according to Generation Iron.

The swimsuit model rose to fame after winning the Ms Fitness USA Western States Division tournament and the Ms Fit Body Bay Area in 1994.

Her success in the competitions led to a decades-long modeling career for fitness and muscle magazines.

Under the pseudonym Amy Hight, she also starred in several video films, mainly in the softcore porn genre.

Chicago native Hight was also a contestant on the reality series Real Chance of Love, in which 17 women compete for the love of brothers Ahmad and Kamal Givens.

She starred in the series under the nickname ‘Milf’ in the show, which premiered in October 2008.

Hight reached the top three contestants, but was eliminated in the penultimate episode.

She has a son who is about 24 years old with Cormier, a retired American bodybuilder who competed in the IFBB.

Her modeling career grew out of daily gymnastics training as a schoolgirl, which allowed her to build an impressive physique on stage, according to Generation Iron.

She discussed this lifestyle in 1996 with Ironman magazine.

“We trained every day after school. It was more (like) family,” she said.

“The training there was so much more elite than what I did at the local gym.”
