Brittany Hockley has marked a milestone in her career.

The ex-bachelor star won a gong at Mediaweek’s Next of the Best Awards on Friday, scoring the highest gold award in the Radio Talent category.

The elated Life Uncut host shared her joy in an Instagram post and posed with her award.

“Absolutely lost for words (but not enough not to give a speech) to have WON Next of the Best at Aus Mediaweek!!” wrote the 35-year-old.

“I really feel like I’m living a dream and never in a million years did I think I’d be standing here today. I am SO grateful to everyone who has ever given me a chance,” she continued.

“I’m lucky to have great people around me. And to be here with one of my best friends and co-hosts @mitchchuri who finished a close third…you make me so much better and I love you but also stop stealing my joke’.

Brittany and her co-star and Laura Byrne are Australia’s top female podcasters thanks to their show Life Uncut.

Earlier this year, ARN’s iHeart Radio network re-signed the duo to a new multi-year deal to continue their popular podcast.

Life Uncut is currently available in podcast format, but is also broadcast as a radio show on the KIIS network.

They also have their own separate radio show called The Pick-Up with Mitch Churi on KIIS.

“We are super excited to continue the Life Uncut journey with the iHeart and ARN family,” Brittany and Laura said in a statement at the time.

“We can’t wait to bring the laughs and the important stuff to all of our podcast listeners each week. To be able to add to the podcast with our new radio program THE PICKUP is really the icing on the cake!’

Britt and Laura have continued to expand into radio and landed their own show The Pick Up on KIIS FM.

The Pick Up, co-hosted by Mitch Churi, airs every weekday.

The former Bachelor stars were reportedly offered a multimillion-dollar deal to do the show, which replaced The 3pm Pick-Up, hosted by Kate Langbroek, Yumi Stynes, and Monty Dimond.

Life Uncut is currently the most listened to female-hosted podcast in Australia, with over 450,000 listeners per month.

No other female, lifestyle or reality TV podcast comes close to their monthly listens or downloads.
