Evri’s courier is caught on camera dropping a package 20 feet from the road to the client’s front door TWICE in less than two hours
- Evri’s courier dumped packages 20ft from the road onto the client’s front door in Leeds
- The delivery man did not attempt to open the gate or knock on the woman’s door.
- The courier then took a photo of the package and claimed it was in a “safe place.”
- Ninety minutes later, a second package delivered by Evri was thrown onto his lawn.
An Evri delivery driver was caught on camera throwing packages in a customer’s yard instead of carefully delivering them to his door.
Ring camera footage shows the driver approaching the Leeds residence and dumping a package onto the grass about 20 feet. The messenger did not open the door or knock.
Approximately 90 minutes later, a second delivery arrived at the house and was also thrown into the yard by what appears to be the same courier.
The customer, a 41-year-old Leeds woman, says there needs to be a “serious inquiry” into the way Evri conducts business, especially around Christmas time when many deliveries include gifts.

Is discus an Olympic sport? Because these delivery guys have the posture for it,” said the woman.
‘There needs to be a serious investigation into the way they do business and what’s worse is there’s absolutely no way to complain about this, you’re locked out every time.
‘There is absolutely no reason for these people not to come onto my property.
‘And the front door of a busy street is not a ‘safe place’.
The first package was delivered last Wednesday at 3:08 p.m., the 41-year-old said. It was a Christmas present and contained Boohoo clothing.
The woman’s Ring door camera clearly shows the package delivery worker tossing the pink package over the woman’s front door. He hits a tree before skidding to a stop in front of her front door.
No attempt is made to open the door, which is unlocked, or to knock on the door to deliver the package to you.
The courier then takes a photo showing the package at the location, and the woman was told it was in a “safe place” as she was not home.

The second delivery arrived 94 minutes later, at 4:42 p.m., and was also thrown across the grass. She landed in the same place.
Once again the driver took a photo and claimed he couldn’t deliver it even though it was actually for the house next door.
The owner, who was away at the time of both deliveries, said: ‘I have three gifts last week that they say they delivered but never received.
Both could have been stolen.
“There’s no real way to complain because they don’t respond to Facebook and they don’t have a Twitter account.”
Evri said: ‘We have spoken to the customers involved to apologize for these deliveries and offered a goodwill payment.
“Our local team spoke with the courier involved about our required delivery standards for all packages to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future.”
