Everton winger Arnaut Danjuma, who is on loan from Villarreal, has emerged as an option for Lyon.
The French team also admires West Ham's Said Benrahma, but he is also interested from Fulham.

The Dutch international has scored just once in his league matches for Sean Dyche's side.
Meanwhile, Lyon are in the midst of a dismal Ligue 1 campaign that sees them sit just one place and two points above the relegation zone.
