Everton have asked about Udinese striker Beto, but the Italians point to his £30m buyout clause.
Sean Dyche is eager to expand his attacking capabilities and has designated Portuguese striker Beto as his preferred option.
In total, Beto has played 65 matches for Udinese and scored 22 goals.
He was initially loaned to Udinese by Portimonense in 2021 before making the deal permanent.
Beto, 25, previously played for Uniao Tires and Olimpico Montijo.
