Eva Longoria puts on a leggy display in a beige skirt as she attends photocall for film Flamin’ Hot

Eva Longoria looked typically classy as she attended a photocall for her new movie Flamin Hot: La historia de los Cheetos picantes in Madrid on Tuesday.

The actress, 48, who directed the feature wore a leggy display in a beige miniskirt and matching blazer.

She completed the look with a white top and increased her height in gold pointed toe heels.

Eva opted for a bronzed makeup palette that accentuated her natural features, while her dark brown locks were styled in loose waves.

The film is based on the memoirs of Richard Montanez, president of Frito-Lay, who has long touted himself as the inventor of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

Frito-Lay has dismissed his claim that he was behind the snack’s creation, and a 2021 Los Angeles Times revelation revealed that a lower-level associate named Lynne Greenfield played a more critical role in the birth of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

By the time the bombshell report was out, Eva’s movie was already in the pipeline, and the 48-year-old has been resolutely defending her project ever since.

In an interview with The New Yorker, the ALMA Award winner explained that she was drawn to the script for Flamin’ Hot.

“My agent sent me the script and I read it and I thought, ‘He’s Mexican-American? I’m Mexican American! How do I not know the story? Everyone should know the story – it’s a great story!

“This is a story I have to tell,” she continued, “and then I fought to get the job to direct it.”

Eva had directed dozens of TV episodes and the documentary La Guerra Civil about the rivalry between boxers Oscar De La Hoya and Julio César Chávez, but had never directed a feature film.

“I did my pitch, which I worked on for about three months — I mean, it was very specific.”

The native Texan said she was proud to have used her voice to “define what a hero looks like in a movie.”

‘He looks like my father. He looks like my tío. He looks like every guy in my neighborhood I grew up with.”

“To say, “Our stories matter. We matter.” We have great stories and we’re great storytellers.”

The outing comes after the Latin beauty declared on Friday that Desperate Housewives would be “cancelled” if the dark comedy hit screens in the modern era.

The star played the conniving yet loveable supermodel Gabrielle Solis in the ABC television series that ran from 2004 to 2012, for which she received Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award nominations.

Storylines and behind-the-scenes snippets left jaws dropping, including Gabrielle’s statutory rape of her 17-year-old gardener John Rowland (played by Jesse Metcalfe), a lack of diversity, and showrunner Marc Cherry’s feud with cast members.

In light of some of the show’s more shocking elements, Eva admitted that things may not make it to the screens and may even get cancelled.

She told Entertainment Tonight, “I don’t know if we can do the show today. I think we would be cancelled. “I mean, not canceled on TV, but like canceled in culture because it was so groundbreaking…

“We said and did so many things that were shocking at the time”

She recently discussed the prospect of a reboot, to which she said, “I’d be the first to sign up.” I’d probably be the only one.’

Eva rose to fame for her portrayal of Isabella Braña on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless from 2001 to 2003.

It was then that she landed her career-making role as Gabrielle on Desperate Housewives, where she played the entire eight series.
