The actress looked completely relaxed as she sipped on a glass of wine and enjoyed a day out with their six-year-old son Santiago.
Eva looked stunning in the blue two-piece as she walked along the beach, took a phone call and then cleaned up Santiago’s toys.
The Flamin’ Hot actress protected herself from the sun with a stylish woven hat and wore black sunglasses.

The family moved from Los Angeles to Marbella in 2023 after purchasing a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mega-villa on the Spanish coast.
Eva and the Mexican businessman recently lowered the price of their eight-bedroom Beverly Hills apartment from $22.8 million to $18.9 million. They have already started shipping their belongings to their newly renovated home in Marbella.
“Eva and José are leaving Los Angeles for good and have put their house back up for sale,” a source exclusively told DailyMail.com in April.
“They took it off the market in June, but put it back up for sale in February for $4 million less because they were just ready to get rid of it.”
That’s still $5.4 million more than what they paid to purchase the 1,000-square-foot home in 2017.
‘They are already shipping their stuff there and this is something they are not going to change their minds about.
“They want to raise their son in a place where he is surrounded by nature and beauty, and not sucked into the Hollywood cycle.”

The source added: “They’re moving full-time to their home in Spain and are both so excited about it. She’s had everything she wanted in Hollywood.”
The Desperate Housewives star purchased a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mega-villa in Marbella in early 2023. The couple hired architect and interior designer Nicolás Escanez to help with the renovation.
The 1,531-square-meter villa also features an indoor pool, sauna and state-of-the-art fitness center.
In January, Texas-born Eva opened her luxurious home in HELLO! magazine, telling the publication: ‘The first time I came to Marbella, twenty years ago, it was love at first sight. I said to myself, “One day I’m going to live here.”
‘Later we founded the Global Gift Foundation and here Antonio Banderas, my best friend María Bravo and I had the first gala.’
About finding the house, she says: ‘Five years ago I said to Nico, who knows a lot about real estate: “If you see the right place, let me know.”
“I looked at a few places but nothing was quite what I wanted. Finally, in early 2023, this house came on the market. It needed some work but was exactly the size and location I was looking for.
‘I was in Barcelona for the recordings and bought it that same day.’
She has spoken openly about her struggles with LA, telling the publication that it is “always super busy” and “not really that glamorous”. She added: “I’m either on set, in a meeting or stuck in traffic… there’s so much traffic.”
‘Both LA and Marbella are close to the sea and have beautiful weather all year round, but otherwise the two cities are completely different.’
She continued: ‘I don’t have a schedule here. My days are full of activities – paddle tennis, the beach, lunch, drinks, socialising… they’re basically full to the brim, but with things that I really enjoy.’
Eva is a Spanish national and was awarded the honorary title of ‘Dame’ in 2022 due to her family roots that go back to the Spanish city of Oviedo, where her ancestors come from.
