Eva Longoria has campaigned hard for Kamala Harris to win the presidential election.

Now, the Hollywood multi-hyphenate is breaking her silence on the disappointment of Donald Trump emerging victorious.

“The shocking thing isn’t that he won… It’s that a convicted criminal who spouts so much hate can hold the highest office,” the Desperate Housewives actress said. Marie Claire magazine.

“I would like our fight to continue… If he keeps his promises, it will be a scary place,” added the cover girl who posed for Félix Valiente.

She was joined in the interview by longtime friend George Clooney.

Clooney and Longoria have raised money together and are connected through their mutual involvement in political activism.

He is convinced that he has been more fan than mentor during that time. “She kicks ass,” he continues, referencing her work on Flamin’ Hot, about a janitor who helped create the classic chip.

“Talent doesn’t support you in this business. It requires hard work, determination and brass balls. We know of countless stars that flamed out. The reason she is still so relevant is because she doesn’t take no for an answer,” he said.

Eva also talked about turning 50 in the interview.

“For me, age is just a number, but I’m excited… I refuse to believe that my greatest success is behind me,” said the brunette beauty from Texas.

‘I’m cold; I have red lights on; I strength train with weights; I meditate; I keep a diary…I wake up with the sun; I do the grounding; I have an Oura ring to monitor deep sleep; I take magnesium and other supplements; I do everything.

‘Not because I don’t want to get older, but because I do want to get older.’

“I show up on time, I show up prepared,” she said.

‘Our sector is known for the fact that men in particular fail. It’s like, ‘Does he have that movie? Didn’t he just… The last movie, he…? Didn’t that bomb? And they give him another one [chance].

‘That’s great, but I couldn’t do that. I don’t get a second chance.

‘I don’t think there is a better position for me than to be underestimated, because then you can always achieve more. I feel comfortable outsmarting someone in the room.”
