Her Spanish holiday comes just days after Eva wore a shiny chrome dress as she welcomed celebrities to her annual gala with The Global Gift Foundation.
This year’s glittering party, the eleventh that Eva has co-hosted with the nonprofit, took place at the height of Paris Fashion Week at the iconic Four Seasons Hotel George V in the 8th arrondissement.
The Global Gift Foundation is a nonprofit organization that, according to its website, aims to “raise funds to eradicate poverty and hunger so that our most vulnerable don’t have to struggle to put food on the table; access to healthcare, life-saving treatments and therapies; provide shelter, clothing and protection of the right to education.”
Their website also states: ‘We believe in the fight against social injustice and that investing in the empowerment of women will ultimately bring positive benefits for everyone.’
Meanwhile, Eva has just finished releasing her directorial debut Flamin’ Hot, based on the memoir of Frito-Lay executive Richard Montanez, who has long touted himself as the inventor of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
Frito-Lay has rejected his claim that he created the snack, and a Los Angeles Times A 2021 exposé revealed that a lower-level employee named Lynne Greenfield played a more crucial role in the birth of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
By the time the bombshell report came out, Eva’s film was already in the pipeline, and the actress-turned-filmmaker has staunchly defended her project ever since.
Flamin’ Hot bowed on Hulu and Disney+ in June to a lukewarm critical response, scoring 69% on Rotten tomatoes and a 58 Metascore Metacritical.
