Some of the biggest names in the industry are expected to show their latest looks, including Prada, Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Emporio Armani and Versace.
Notable absentees include Giorgio Armani, who instead presented their latest line in New York, and Tom Ford, who will hold a presentation instead of a show, following the departure of Peter Hawkings and in preparation for the debut of new creative director Haider Ackermann in the fall/winter 2025 collection.
Speaking about the upcoming series of shows, Vogue Italia contributor Giorgia Feroldi Vogue Affairs: ‘When you’re in Milan during fashion week, you never have much time to rest and process what you’ve seen. It’s always the busiest schedule of the “big four”.’
“But with fewer big debuts on the horizon and an extra day in the schedule to seek some relief, the mood feels a little more relaxed compared to other seasons. I hope this can benefit younger designers.”
Moschino’s Adrian Appiolaza presents his second womenswear collection for the fashion house, following a well-received menswear show in June.
