Tony Blair’s son’s educational start-up has made its first acquisition.

Euan Blair’s Multiverse, a learning company that matches school leavers with employers such as Google, Facebook and investment bank Morgan Stanley, has bought Danish education technology company Eduflow for an undisclosed sum.

Multiverse also said it has appointed Ujjwal Singh as its first chief product and technology officer.

It comes from the owner of Facebook, Meta. Blair, 39, the son of the former Prime Minister, founded Multiverse in 2016 in an effort to shake up the education sector.

It charges clients a fee once an apprentice is successfully placed.

In June last year, it became Britain’s first education technology unicorn after a funding round valued the company at £1.4bn, giving the younger Blair a paper fortune of nearly £350m.
