A style coach has shared pictures from the ‘lower point’ of her life where she is seen smoking and drinking long before she turned her life around.

‘This used to be me. She was at my worst being trashy, unhealthy, and not taking care of myself. Honestly… I was very unhappy, but one day I decided to change,” she wrote in the clip.
The video showed Anna passed out on the bathroom floor, having poor posture, going topless in the pool, falling out of a doorway drunk, and smoking several cigarettes.
‘Today I am living my best life. I cleaned up my act, got rid of my bad habits, and did a lot of inside work to fix my insecurities and low self-esteem that lead me to act sleazy in the first place.’

In 2010, 25-year-old Anna appeared on the reality show Paradise Hotel Sweden for 12 episodes during a time she describes as the “lowest point of her life”.
Splitting her time between London and Geneva, Anna is the founder of The School of Affluence, an online training school for women.
“Now I help other women get better so they can live their best lives,” she said.
In 2010, 25-year-old Anna appeared on the reality show Paradise Hotel Sweden for 12 episodes during a time she describes as the “lowest point of her life”.
Since then, Anna has transformed her life and said she is not embarrassed or embarrassed by the images, but it does make her proud as it is a reminder of how far she has come.
She said she’s “not attached” to that “trash” version of herself as it doesn’t define who she is today and that she now laughs about it with her husband.
She said the producers of the Big Brother-style show encouraged the contestants to drink daily and provided them with unlimited cigarettes.
“Then I walked into a dark place where I was just partying all the time as an escape, I was incredibly unhappy and lost,” she said in a previous Instagram story.
