Escort breaks her silence about why she filmed a client performing sex act on her – which was sent to his fiancée… as she admits she’s now homeless and has lost ‘the best job she ever had’
EXCLUSIVE
An escort who filmed a client performing a sex act on her without his knowledge – before sending it to his fiancée two months later – has broken her silence about the incident which she says ‘ruined her life’.
Brooke Ariel Grace Baker, 31, claims she is now homeless and has been forced to quit the bartending job she loves since the case became public.
Despite pleading guilty to sharing the video without the man’s knowledge, she claims the man in the video – which was recorded in August 2022 – was aware he was being filmed and paid for the intimate footage.
She also says that he booked several times a day and that they were “inseparable” at the time of the film’s shooting.
“It was sent from a random email so they (victim) automatically assume I did it,” she told Daily Mail Australia.

“He ruined my life and has no remorse, and everyone now thinks I’m a psycho escort… and I don’t even escort anymore.”
After the couple received the video, they reported the matter to police, who issued an assault warrant to protect the victim from Baker.
Baker faced Penrith District Court on Tuesday where she pleaded guilty to stalking and harassing a former client despite being banned from contacting him.
She was previously found guilty in December of two counts of intentionally recording an intimate image without consent, despite not appearing in court.
Baker filmed the video of the man performing oral sex on her in August before sharing the video with the man and his fiancée in an anonymous email in October, according to the agreed statement of facts.
The email address was (victim’s name) cheatson (fiance’s name)@gmail.com.
But Baker told Daily Mail Australia she could not afford legal representation and was ordered by her legal aid lawyer to plead guilty.
The pair went through the website Escorts and Babes, where Baker went by the name Amelia, and arranged to meet at Meriton Suites in Parramatta

“Honestly, I pleaded guilty just to get it over with and not expect the crap to be in the news… I can’t afford the lawyers to sort this out.”
The pair connected in 2018 through escort service escortsandbabes.com.au., court documents state.
The man booked Baker, who used the alias ‘Amelia’, and the pair arranged to meet at the Meriton Suites in Parramatta.
However, Baker denies his version of events and says they actually met on Valentine’s Day 2022.
“He booked me three times that day and we became inseparable,” she said.
The relationship reportedly soured when the victim stopped booking her services or answering her calls.
The court heard months later that she saw him stop at traffic lights at an intersection and get into his car where the pair argued, while Baker only left after telling her he was driving to a police station.
She then sent him 244 text messages and made 87 calls to his phone in one evening without him answering. After she was found guilty of recording the video, an AVO was issued preventing her from contacting him.
Despite her job and housing problems, she has vowed to ‘never go back to escorting’
But Baker now also disputes this and says that in both cases there was ‘another escort’, and not her.
‘Several times he promised that he would leave her (his fiancée). He has several escorts trying to make him a boyfriend but I am the only one who can cope with all this,” she said.
The backlash since the saga was made public has forced her to quit her dream job at a local league club.
“I was trained in bar gaming, events and competition club events,” she said.
“They said they didn’t want that kind of influence in the club.”
In the months since her charge, she was removed from her unit in Mount Druitt, in Sydney’s west. More recently, she was recently booted from a property she shared with a friend in St Mary’s North at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
However, despite her job and housing problems, she has vowed to ‘never go back to escorting’
“I only did it because I was at a low point in my life and it was either that or be homeless,” she said.
‘This time I chose to be homeless, it’s not worth it’
Baker remains on bail and her cases are scheduled to appear in court on October 24.
