Erling Haaland appears to give x-rated response to Francesco Acerbi after Inter star asked for TWO of City striker’s shirts following Champions League draw

Erling Haaland gave a hilarious, over-the-top response to Francesco Acerbi after Manchester City’s 0-0 draw with Internazionale in the Champions League.

Haaland kept quiet on a night when he missed his 100th goal for the club, but he was cheerful throughout during a lively chat with Acerbi after the final whistle.

Defender Acerbi, part of the stubborn Inter defence that frustrated City at the Etihad Stadium, was caught on camera asking Haaland for two of his shirts.

It is customary for players to swap shirts after a match as a sign of respect, but Haaland jokingly dismissed the request by telling Acerbi: “Fuck off”.

In footage shared on social media by TNT Sports, Acerbi can be seen laughingly holding up two fingers to the striker as part of his cheeky question.

Haaland appeared to fire back in turn, asking: “Two?” and then cursing, prompting his opponent to burst out laughing before the two separated.

City debuted their striking Oasis-inspired kit against the Serie A title holders, with the unusual colour palette and creative lettering on the back causing a stir.

But even the fresh look wasn’t enough to turn Haaland into a City centurion, with the star player only managing 14 touches and one shot on target.

Either way, he is just one goal away from the sensational milestone despite making just 104 appearances for the club since joining in June 2022.

He has started the new season in top form, having scored nine goals in four Premier League games and netted in all of those games.

Haaland’s teammates also missed a number of golden chances against Inter and Pep Guardiola admitted after the match that the Italian giants defended excellently.

“We faced a very difficult team,” Guardiola told reporters.

‘I’m still very happy with the game we played, especially how [Inter] defended, they are masters at that, so big, they help each other incredibly.

‘So you can’t expect to create many chances.’
