Erik ten Hag and Anthony Martial were seen arguing with each other during Manchester United's match against Newcastle on Saturday evening.
Ten Hag was furious with the striker for not coming back as Newcastle almost conceded a goal for Miguel Almiron.
He remonstrated with the 27-year-old as he was clearly outraged by his perceived lack of effort.
However, Martial did not seem to mind the criticism and waved his arms in frustration at his manager.
His evening did not improve after that as he was taken off the field in the 61st minute, with Erik ten Hag making a double substitution after his side fell behind following a tap-in from Anthony Gordon.

Lately, Ten Hag has had problems within his own squad, especially regarding some of his biggest stars.

And in a new twist, the United boss appears to be dealing with a different group of players.

Ten Hag looked indignant at the lack of effort from his players and Martial did not seem to follow his runner, giving Miguel Almiron the opportunity to score.
