The Tottenham Hotspurs ace, 29, and the brunette beauty, 25, looked happy and relaxed as they strolled the streets with their dog.
Anna showed off her slim body in a long black pencil skirt, which she paired with a sheer white camisole.
Taking advantage of the last of the late summer sunshine in the capital, she paired the outfit with a pair of black flat sandals and a £2,500 green crossbody bag from Goyard.

The pair keep their relationship very private, but it was revealed last month that the couple had married in a secret ceremony in The Cotswolds in June after getting engaged last November.
Eric married Anna in an intimate ceremony with close family and friends, including some of his Spurs teammates.
A source told The Sun: ‘Eric and Anna were thrilled to say their vows in front of their close family and friends.
“He is a very private person and invited a small number of his teammates who were among the close-knit group of friends and family who were invited to watch them get married.
“Eric has found his soul mate in Anna and they can’t wait to start their life together as husband and wife.”
Last month, the pair shared a selection of beautiful snaps as they soaked up the sun together while on holiday in the Algarve, Portugal.
