Eric Clapton, 79, goes shirtless as he sunbathes on the beach with wife Melia and his daughters during family holiday in Corsica
Shirtless Eric Clapton showed off his age-appropriate looks as he soaked up the sun during a family vacation in Corsica, France, last week.
The 79-year-old £450million megastar, considered one of the greatest guitarists of all time, relaxed on the beach with his daughters and wife Melia.
Eric has five children: Ruth, 39, Julie Rose, 23, Ella May, 21, Sophie Belle, 19, and his late son Conor, who died in 1991.
The guitarist enjoyed some time off with his family as they travelled around the French island on a yacht.
After a day in the sun, Eric put on a blue T-shirt and white shirt, paired with a denim jacket, to go out for dinner.

Eric’s first child, Ruth, whose mother is Yvonne Kelly, was born in 1985 when he was married to his ex-wife Pattie Boyd.
The father of five has three children: Julie Rose, Ella May and Sophie Belle, with his current wife Melia McEnery, who is rarely seen.
Eric and Melia married in 2001 at St Mary Magdalene Church in Surrey.
And in 1991, Eric lost his only son Conor, when he tragically died in New York City after falling 49 stories from an open window.
In February, Pattie Boyd, Eric’s first wife, announced she was selling letters from her infamous love triangle with him and Beatles legend George Harrison, saying she found it “heartbreaking” to read them again.
The 1960s model and muse, who was an inspiration to both musicians, said she has Eric’s permission to auction the love letters.

She captured the hearts of two of the most important voices of her time, inspiring George to write his Beatles classic Something and Eric to write Wonderful Tonight and Layla.
Boyd, the daughter of a retired RAF bomber pilot, married George in 1966, but the marriage lasted just under 10 years. During that time she was pursued by his friend Eric, who expressed his love for her in letters.
The model eventually married the guitarist in 1979 and they remained close with her ex-husband, but divorced in 1988.
